The purpose of this studied on the importance and performance analysis of choice attributes for the marine sports tourism in saemangeum area using IPA method. Importance-performance analysis was utilized to analyze the gap between importance and performance of the marine sports tourism in saemangeum residents. The participants of this study consist of 477 selected by proportional stratified sampling method from Kunsan city, Gimje city, Buan-gun for the residents in saemangeum, Korea. For the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis and this study analyzed the ranking among each selection attributes using paired sample t-test were conducted using SPSS WIN Version 14.0 Program. The results of this study were as followings. IPA analysis revealed that five factor attributes ``convenience``, ``Appropriate pricing``, ``attraction``, ``information``, ``environmental`` First, quadrant Ⅰ(the keep up the good work) was shown in 2 about safety, accessibility. Second, quadrant Ⅱ(the concentrate here) was shown in 10 about ``convenience``, ``connection of tourism``, ``kindness``, ``Appropriate pricing for facilities``, ``Appropriate pricing for equipment``, ``Appropriate pricing for a guest room``, ``Appropriate pricing for food``, ``cleanliness``, ``environmental``, ``attraction``. Third, quadrant, Ⅲ(the low priority) was shown in 4 about ``food tips offered``, ``quality of leader``, ``quality of program``, ``quality of equipment``. Fourth, quadrant, Ⅳ(the possible overkill) wad shown in 2 about ``various tips offered``, ``lodging tips offered``.

脂肪造織에서 脂質合成에의 [^14C]-Glucose 및 [^14C]-Acetate의 利用에 對한 絶食의 影響

脂肪組織에서 脂質合成에 [U-^14C]glucose 또는 [1,2-^14C] acetate 利用樣相이 攝食狀態에 따라 서로 어떻게 달라지는가를 알아보기 爲하여 正常攝食群 또는 24時間 絶食群의 쥐에게 이를 物質을 注入하고 3時間 後에 脂肪組織의 脂質을 抽出해서 이에 編入된 炭素의 放射能을 測定하였다. 脂肪組織의 脂質에의 [U-^14C]glucose의 編入率은 正常攝食群보다 絶食群에서 約 2倍나 높았다. 이에 反해서 [1,2-^14C]acetate의 編入率은 絶食群에서 正常攝食群에 比하여 約 4分의 1에 該當되는 낮은 値를 보였다. 以上의 結果는 正常攝食때보다 絶食狀態下에서는 多量 投與한 glucose는 脂肪合成에 더욱 많이 利用되고 acetate는 그 利用이 顯著하게 減少되어 脂肪合成이 低下됨을 示唆한다고 하겠다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of utilization of[^14C]glucose and [^14C]acetate for lipogenesis in the adipose tissue in relation to fed or fasted state. We injected peritoneally 4 μCi per 100g body weight of [^14C]glucose with 100mg of glucose or [^14C]acetate to fed and 24-hour fasted rats, and the radioactivity of lipid of the adipose tissue was counted at 3 hours following the injection. The rate of incorporation of [^14C]glucose in the fasted group was increased to about 2 times of that in the fed group, but the rate of incoporation of [^14C]acetate in fasted group decreased by a quarter compared with the fed group. These results indicate that the rate of lipogenesis in the adipose tissue is markedly decreased under fasting state but is elevated immediately after the administration of a high dose of glucose.
