        경륜 매출과 관련한 내적 요인 탐색

        본 연구는 경륜 매출과 관련한 내적 요인을 탐색하였다. 문헌연구를 통해 경륜 매출 및 수익금 배분현황을 파악하였으며, 경륜.경정사업본부 내부 분야별 전문가의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 경륜 매출과 관련한 내적 요인을 탐색해 보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경주방식과 배당률을 개선시켜야 한다. 즉 출전선수, 경주거리, 경기시간, 대진방식 조정 등의 효과적인 프로그램이 있다. 둘째, 이벤트 경륜경주와 고객용 이벤트를 강화해야 한다. 즉 승자투표권 발매가 가능한 이벤트 경륜과 인필드 내의 고객 참여형 이벤트 등이 있다. 셋째, 인적자원의 제도적 개선방안을 강구해야 한다. 즉 경륜선수 규모관리 및 상금 조정, 발매 종사원의 인센티브 제도 등이 있다. 그동안 경주사업(경마, 경륜, 경정) 관련 연구에서 매출과 관련한 내적 요인에 관한 연구는 미진하였다. 다시 말해 경륜 매출과 관련한 내적 요인의 이해는 이론과 실무 분야에 기여할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to explore internal factors associated with cycle racing business sales. Cycle racing business sales and track commission distribution were investigated through literature review, and we were explored through in-depth interview of each field practical specialists in cycle.motorboat racing business organization. The results of this study are: (1) an organization should develop racing system and odds. For example, there are effective modification programs related with racing athletes, distance, time, matches etc. (2) an organization should improve events for cycle racing itself and customers. For example, there are event cycle racing related with betting voucher and the event related with customer participation in the infield of cycle racing stadium. (3) an organization should consider the system improvement of human resources. For example, there are the management of athletes number, prize, the incentive system of teller etc. To date, there have been few empirical studies examining the internal factors associated with sales in the field of cycle racing business (e.g., horse, cycle, and motorboat racing). Consequently, understanding of internal factors associated with cycle racing business sales will make theoretical and practical contributions.

        경정선수의 자기관리가 심리기술과 인지된 경기력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motor-boat racers’ self-management on mental skills and perceived athletic performance. This study analyzed a survey answered by a convenience sample of 142 Motor-Boat racing athletes registered in Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) and playing at motor boat racing stadium (Hanam-city, Gyeongg-do). PASW 21.0 was utilized to conduct frequency analyses, factor analyses, reliability analyses, correlation analyses, and regression analyses. The results of this study are: (1) The self-management positively influenced mental skills. (2) The self-management positively influenced foundation mental skills. (3) The self-management positively influenced cognitive mental skills. (4) The self-management positively influenced perceived athletic performance. (5) The self-management positively influenced display of ability. (6) The self-management positively influenced victory will.

        지역 스포츠이벤트 속성, 브랜드이미지, 행동의도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the theoretical relationships between regional sport event attributes, brand image, and behavioral intention. This study surveyed 259 amateurs club members who attended the Olé Vélo Jeju, a regional bicycling competition. Descriptive statistics, reliability tests, and correlation analyses were peformed using PASW 21.0. AMOS 21.0 was utilized to conduct confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) test. The results of this study are : (1) regional sport event attributes significantly influenced brand image. (2) brand image significantly influenced behavioral intention. (3) regional sport event attributes significantly influenced behavioral intention. As such, these results will make both scientific and practical contributions.

        언론보도유형에 따른 유명선수 이미지, 스폰서기업 제품태도, 구매의도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among famous athlete images, the product attitude to sponsor enterprise, and purchase intention in terms of press types. This study analyzed a survey answered by a purposeful sample of 537 people who are involved in the field of bicycle industry. PASW 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 were utilized to test frequency analyses, factor analyses, reliability analyses, correlation analyses, and structural equation model test. The results of this study are as follows: (1) famous athlete image influenced the product attitude to sponsor enterprise in terms of press types. (2) famous athlete image did not influence purchase intention in terms of press types. (3) The product attitude to sponsor enterprise influenced purchase intention in terms of press types. Consequently, this study may help to understand the important issues of managing sports stars, and this will make both scientific and practical contributions.

        국제스포츠이벤트 개최에 따른 지역혜택, 지역이미지, 충성도 및 행동의도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the theoretical relationships among regional benefits, regional image, loyalty, and behavioral intention. A total of 400 respondents, who visited Jeonju World Cup stadium in the FIFA U-20 competition, participated in a survey. This study analyzed the survey answered by a convenience sample of 279 visitors. PASW 21.0 was performed to conduct frequency analyses, reliability tests, and correlation analyses. In addition, AMOS 21.0 was utilized to test confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) and structural equation model (SEM) test. The results of this study are: (1) regional benefits significantly influenced regional image. (2) regional image significantly influenced loyalty. (3) regional image did not influence behavioral intention. (4) loyalty significantly influenced behavioral intention.

        국제스포츠이벤트 개최를 통한 지역혜택과 추천의도 간의 지역지지도 매개역할

        The purpose of this study was to examine the theoretical relationship between regional benefits, regional support, and recommendation intention by hosting international sporting event. This study surveyed 263 spectators who visited Jeonju Word Cup stadium in the FIFA U-20 World Cup. IBM SPSS & AMOS 24.0 were employed to test frequency analyses, reliability analyses, correlation analyses, confirmatory factor analyses, and structural equation model test. In particular, the mediating effect of regional support on the relationship between regional benefits and recommendation intention was examined. The results of this study are : (1) the direct-effect model was conducted to examine the role of regional benefits on recommendation intention. (2) the fully mediated structural model linked regional benefits to regional support and regional support to recommendation intention. (3) the partially mediated structural model was indicated that regional benefits were also shown to have significant relationships with recommendation intention. (4) regional support plays an important mediating role in the relationship between regional benefits and recommendation intention. As such, these results will make both scientific and practical contributions.

        100회 전국체육대회의 의미와 스포츠 사업화 도입방안

        The purpose of this study was to understand the history of the 100th Korean National Sports Festival and to analyze its meaning to derive the direction of development for sports industry. For this, a literature investigation research was conducted to derive a plan for introducing sports business. The Korean National Sports Festival started as a baseball game hosted by the Joseon Sports Association in 1920, and after hosting many times of hardship due to repression of the Japanese colonial period and the Korean War, the 100th Seoul Games was held in 2019. In order to analyze the meaning of the Korean National Sports Festival in two aspects, strong country for sports and strong country for sports industry, the following results are presented in order to derive business in terms of sports industry policy and sports marketing. The results of this study are : (1) sports industry policies and systems should be strengthened and improved. (2) new market for sports marketing should be developed.

        국제스포츠이벤트의 지역발전 기대효과, 지역 지지도 및 행동의도 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among regional development expectations, regional supports, behavioral intention. It analyzed a survey answered by a convenience sample of 241 visitors (only residents in Jeonbuk areas) who watched the Muju Championships World Taekwondo in 2017. IBM SPSS & AMOS 24.0 were performed to conduct frequency analyses, reliability analyses, correlation analyses, confirmatory factor analyses, and structural equation model test. The results of this study are : (1) regional development expectations significantly influenced regional supports. (2) regional supports significantly influenced behavioral intention. (3) regional development expectations significantly influenced behavioral intention. (4) regional supports partially mediated the relationship between regional development expectations and behavioral intention.

        지역적 국제 스포츠이벤트 품질, 관광목적지 이미지, 행동의도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among event quality, destination image, and behavioral intention. For this study, it analyzed a survey answered by a convenience sample of 336 visitors (residents except in Jeonbuk areas) who watched the 2014 Jeonju Victor Korea Grand Prix Badminton competition. PASW 21.0 was performed to conduct frequency analyses, reliability analyses, and correlation analyses, and AMOS 21.0 was utilized to conduct confirmatory factor analyses and structural equation model test. The results of this study are : (1) regional international sport event quality significantly had an impact on destination image. (2) destination image significantly had an impact on behavioral intention. (3) regional international sport event quality significantly had an impact on behavioral intention. (4) destination image partially mediated the relationship between regional international sport event quality and behavioral intention.

        체육대회 지역 보조금 사업에 대한 경기단체 대회 참가자의 인식도 차이

        The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the perception of sports organizations’ participants on regional subsidy projects for sport competitions. Survey data from 1,450 participants (e.g. athletes, club members, board members, organizers et al.) performed to test frequency analyses, reliability analyses, correlation analyses, and MANOVA(multiple analysis of variance). This results suggested that there are the differences in the perception of sports organization’s competitions participants in terms of service quality, economic effect, behavioral intention. The results of this study provided a scholarly contribution to the literature and provide organizers with meaningful managerial implications.
