This study was performed by steri-oss cylindrical screw, steri-oss cylindrical H.A coated, Integral cylindrical H.A. coated and I.M.Z. cylindrical H.A. coated right after the extraction of the teeth of the 2 adult dogs. And the experimental animals were sacrificed after 7 and 10 weeks insertion. It was observed for to take specimen by naked eye radiographic light microscopic and transmission electron microscopic examination. An the results are as fallows, 1. There can not find any tooth mobility or inflammatory sign around the implant site. 2. There are radiopaque figures around the implant site. 3. Around the steri-oss cylindrical scrcw, steri-oss cylindrical H.A. coated, Integral cylindlical H.A. coated and I.M.Z. cylindlical H.A. coated types, bone formation was found at 7 weeks specimen and more compact form was observed at 10 weeks specimen. New bone formation had started at 7 weeks. 4. Amorphous collagenous substance was observed around the implant site and the new osteocyte, osteoblast and finally lamellae bone was found at the old bone site. 5. There can not found any difference between immediate implantation and conventional insertion method. Throughout this research, we can conclude that the immediate insertion can save bedding period of implants.
