As the demand for car impact performance has been strengthened, Accordingly door trim assembly for the side impact test methods have been developed. For The automotive-parts manufacturers delivery the door trim assembly parts to car-maker, it is necessary result of the side impact test. So we use the CAE analysis method for the forecasting the behavior of sharp edge occurrence. the most biggest problem of current CAE Analysis method is the CAE analysis behavior of hot stacking boss mounting is different with real testing result. In order to improve this paper analytically for the fusing boss screws and techniques for assembling structures and discuss the effect on the structure of the improved analysis conducted by the interpretation of the actual vehicle mass production scheduled improvements.

Recently the automotive industry has focused on reducing product development time to correspond with the customer’s demands quickly changed. The decreased product development time shortens the quality assurance period which makes it difficult to guarantee the quality of product. Therefore the conflict between development time and quality assurance occurs that customer’s expect actually higher quality is higher than in the past. To solve this problem, many automotive companies have tried to forge a system that verifies the various steps of development in advance. In many case the larger automotive companies have employed a virtual validation system and the Digital Mock-Up (DMU) to help ensure quality control. Domestic car maker era have recognized the importance of virtual validation systems and introduce, build properly and deploy it. But domestic automotive supplier era have a problem with building the system because the software is very expensive, there are few experts, and the system often fails to meet a company’s individual needs. For these reason many suppliers fail to successfully implement quality assurance procedure and just do it formally. In this paper, to approve this problem, we introduce the virtual validation system designed specifically for supplier; build the process and show the case; present the results which show positive effect.

The purpose of study is to develop new simple impact test method for barrier-net of car. Barrier-net is designed to protect intrusion of luggage when car is crashed or sudden stoppage. To acquire good performance of this product, it is required to satisfy luggage sled test of ECE R17. But This test is performed on BIW with sled equipment which is required high cost and time consuming. So, Simple test method is required. To simplify the sled test, we are using impact test machine with impact cylinder which is attached modified luggage block. Impact velocity is calculated by using equivalent kinetic energy of luggage block during sled test. We performed prototype test and design improvement test and passed the regulation test with car maker. It is very simple and effective test method to check design capability of barrier-net for early stage of development . And This method is possible to apply to other product which relating crash performance.
