임신중 알콜섭취가 제 2 세대의 발육 및 사춘기 발현시기에 미치는 영향

임신 및 수유중 알콜사료를 투여한 실험에서 임신 및 출산의 제반변수와 출생한 제 2세대의 성장발육 상태 및 사춘기 발현시기를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. 1. 임신지속기간은 알콜투여군과 대조군에서 차이가 없었다. 2. 임신중 모체의 체중증가는 알콜투여군에서 다른 대조군들에 비하여 낮았다. 3. 출생시 체중은 알콜투여군에서 유의하게 낮았다. 4. 임신중 사료의 하루 섭취량은 알콜투여군에서 다른 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 낮았다. 5. 출생후 pups의 체중증간는 알콜투여군에서 현저히 감소되었음을 볼 수 있엇다. 6. 초기 운동성 발달을 조사한 세가지 검사에서 surface righting reflex는 알콜투여군에서 약 간 지연되었으나 negateive geotaxis와 reflex suspension은 알콜투여군에서 현저히 지연됨을 보았다. 7. 대뇌피질의 형태는 특히 전두엽에서 두께가 감소된 것을 나타내어 운동성발달과 유관함 을 볼 수 있었다. Specific tests of pregnancy and postpartum parameters, early motor development, cerebral cortical morphology and pubery initiation were studied in rats born from alcohol-fed mothers pair-fed motehrs and ad libitum controls Liquid Bio-serv diet were used. Alcohol feeding began on day 5 of pregnancy and ended on Day 10 postpartum . The weight gain of the pups after birth was reduced compared with pair-fed and other control group ; however removal of the Alcohol on day 10 postpartum resulted in an upswing of the growth curve that paralleled control group . In three behavioral tests of motor funcion, righting reflex was slightly reduced but negateive geotaxis and reflex suspension were significantly delayed. In the frontal cortex of offspring of Alcohol treated mothers, a marked decrease in thichness of Lamina VI was found. Pubertal initiation was tested by observation of the vaginal opening . Puberty was delayed significantly in pups of Alcohol -treated mother compared with control group . These results showed that the maternal Alcohol consumption during pregnancy plays an important role not only in the formation of fetal Alcohol syndrome and minor anomalies, but also in the developmental and neurologic events in the subsequent pups as well as delay in the puberty initiation of the female offsprings.

남성반음양 ( Male Hermaphroditism ) 에 실시한 질성형술 1예

외생식기관의 기형을 동반한 환자의 염색체검사 및 생식선 생검결과 여성화된 남성반음양으로 진단되었으며, 대음순 상부에 위치한 환을 제거하고 McIndoe술식에 의한 질을 형성하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기에 1례를 보고하는 바이다. Male hermaphroditism with feminization the most arresting syndrome in intersexuality is that of the genetic male with tests, but who resembles a normal appearing woman with excellent breast development. We herewith present a case of male hermaphroditism with feminization with congenital abscence of vagina associated with bilateral labial testes , who received vaginoplasy with testicular resection with brief of literatures.

Choriocarcinoma is encountered once in every 40,000 pregnancies. The possibility of the tumor arising out side of the uterine cavity is remote, but rarely, it does occur. The chances of its arising in the ovary have been estimated to be one in 392 millions. Primary choriocarcinoma of the ovary may be gestational or non-gestational. The former type usually arises from ovarian pregnancy, and the latter arises from a teratoma or from and embryonal rest. We have experienced one case of the non-gestational choriocarcinoma of the ovary which is presented with a brief review of the literatures.
