기업의 사회공헌활동에 영향을 미치는 요인: 기부활동과 자원봉사활동을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 공공복지와 구분되는 민간복지로서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 기업의 사회공헌활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석해 보고자 하였다. 매출액 기준 전국 1000대기업 중 상위 300대 기업의 사회공헌담당자를 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 지역사회에 대한 의무감, 상품 및 기업 명성, 사회적 책임 인식도. 사회적 압력 민감도, 전경련 회원 여부, 사회공헌담당자 특성을 설명변수로 설정하였고, 사회공헌활동은 물적 기부와 임직원 자원봉사활동 시간으로 설정하여 기업의 사회공헌활동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 물적 기부에는 상품 및 기업 명성을 위한 동기가 영향을 미쳤으며, 자원봉사활동 시간에는 지역사회에 대한 의무감과 전경련 회원 여부가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study purposed to find what factors influenced "corporate philanthropy" which are playing an important part as private resources at social welfare area. The subjects are corporate contribution officers of the 300 largest corporations from the list of korea`s 1000 large enterprises. This study was included community obligation, product and corporate reputation, social pressure, consciousness of corporate social responsibility, the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) membership status (member or not) and characteristics of corporate contribution officers and business as the control and independent variables. A measure of each corporate philanthropy is the dependent variable in here. Corporate philanthropy was set up with donation and volunteer work. The results are as follows. First, donation was influenced by profit maximization motives and volunteer work is influenced by altruistic motives. Second, there was not correlation between corporate philanthropy and CSR. Third, the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) influences volunteer work.
