The data process method SPSS Windows 15.0 Version which are a program and AMOS 7.0 and according to analytical objective the computer it controlled. Accordingly, the following conclusions were elicited.First, self management affected is static in career behavior, with the fact that the influence of mental management and body management of the observation variable is high it appeared. Second, the multiplex role affected is static in career behavior, with the fact that the influence of role confidence and role independence of the observation variable is high it appeared. The third, self management multiplex role affected with mediation is static in career behavior, with the fact that it affects indirect·causal effect considers resultantly it appeared.
