The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between superior`s ability reputation, subordinate`s self-efficacy, superior-subordinate task interdependence(independent variable) and swift-trust(mediate variable), and the relationship between swift-trust and cooperation(dependent variable) in temporary task group. It also tests the mediating effects of swift-trust based on the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Finally, It test the interacting effects of superior`s ability reputation, subordinate`s self-efficacy, superior-subordinate task interdependence on swift-trust. The results showed that superior`s ability reputation, superior-subordinate task interdependence had positive effects on swift-trust, and swift-trust had positive effects on cooperation. Also, mediating effects of swift-trust were shown to be statistically significant between superior`s ability reputation, superior-subordinate task interdependence and cooperation. And interacting effects of superior`s ability reputation, subordinate`s self-efficacy, superior-subordinate task interdependence on swift-trust. But, subordinate`s self-efficacy didn`t have positive effects on swift-trust, and mediating effect of swift-trust wasn`t shown to be significant between subordinate`s self-efficacy and cooperation. The implications and limitations of this study was discussed.
