        태권도 사범의 리더십 유형이 초등학생들의 학습태도와 수련만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to categorize the leadership of Taekwondo master and analyzed the effects of Taekwondo master`s leadership type on learning attitude and discipline satisfaction of elementary school student and presented useful data to instruct for elementary school student and presented useful data to instruct for elementary school student. The difference of children`s recognized leadership type of Taekwondo master, elementary school student`s learning attitude and discipline satisfaction on the bases of demography parameter(grade, sex, motive of discipline, purpose of discipline, and times per week of discipline) were also analyzed. The subjects of this study were 110 male and 110 female elementary student who residents at the Choong nam and Chung book region. They also engaged on the Taekwondo gym over 3 months. The research methods to verify over mentioned purpose are Leadership Scale for Sports(LSS) which was suggested by Chelladurai & Saleh(1980), Learning Attitude Scale-12 questionaire base on Draper(1987) research and 6 from Kleman(1988)`s research-and revised Kim`s Discipline Satisfaction Questinaire. The results of this study was as follows. First, the results of the difference of recognized leadership type between demographic parameters shows that there were significant difference between sex and grade on dictator leadership type and also there were difference between dan on discipline and order leadership type. The Democratic leadership type shows significantly diffference in motive of participation and purpose of discipline. Second the results of the difference of learning attitude and discipline satisfaction between demographic parameters shows that the learning attitude shows significant difference between grade, dan, and times per week of discipline, motive of discipline. The satisfaction of discipline shows significant difference in dan, discipline year, motive of discipline. Third, the leadership type which influence on learning attitude and discipline satisfaction were learning dictator leadership type and democratic, dictator, social support behavior, optimal feedback leadership type respectively.
