The simulation model has been already developed not for 7 phase but for 3 phase BLDC motor. It is necessary to develop a new simulation model of multi-phase BLDC motor including the phase delay angle especially in the high speed region. In this paper, the suitability of the proposed model is verified through the several computer simulations, and experimented results.

According to previously published paper the phase advance angle is adopted to the BLDC motor drive with high speed. The report proposed describes the optimum algorism that phase current is in phase with the initial flat region of back EMF. This report studies the need of more leading phase advance angle compared with in phase concept between phase current and back EMF. In case of high reactance this report proposes the more phase advance angle than in phase. The test results more rms value of phase current and output power due to more phase advance angle than in phase. It will be helped the high power operation of BLDC motor at high speed.
A Study on Ultra Precise Position Control of Servomotor using Analog Quadrature Encoder

This paper describes the ultra precise position estimation of a servomotor using sinusoidal encoder based on Arcsine Interpolation Method. The amplitude and offset errors of the sinusoidal encoder output signals are effectively compensated and on-line tuned by utilizing a low cost programmable differential amp without any special expensive equipments. To theoretically evaluate the practical resolution of this system, the relationship between the amplitude of A/D converter input signal errors and the anticipated resolution is briefly dealt with. The performance of the proposed method is verified by the experiments, by comparing it with position and speed control characteristics of the servomotor driving system using a digital incremental 50,000ppr encoder.

This paper presents new interpolation algorithm for measuring high resolution position information which is propered to nano servo control motor using analog quadrature encoder. In the past, there is a large memory and two high price A/D converter for high resolution analog quadrature encoder interpolation. but this paper show that it can make high resolution interpolate using small memory, one A/D converter and comparator. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm for high resolution position is useful.

This report describes the analytical characteristic of sinewave air gap flux density for the brushless AC motor with surface permanent magnet. The analysis of sinewave air gap flux density is the key to expect the performance of back EMF for the design of brushless AC motor. The numerical analysis and FEM analysis are performed to adopt radial and parallel flux magnetization of magnet on the rotor. And it is also executed to vary the magnet arc angle and arc radius for the condition of constant and non constant air gap. This report is focused on the characteristic of sinewave air gap flux density for permanent magnet of surface brushless AC motor. This results also have more reliable data against the previous paper which had the representative numerical analysis of air gap flux densitv[1][2].
