        해상풍력단지 개발을 위한 입지요인 분석

        As OECD member, Korea is the ranked 6th on the world greenhouse gases emitting and importing 97% energy resource. For this reason, importance of new and renewable energy is emphasized according to supply instability due to the future oil shock. The interest of distributed electricity using new and renewable energy such as wind power is escalated. In case of the developed couturiers using the large-scale wind energy, they regard the wind energy as one of the major competitive energy resources. They analyzing the business risk facts according to the development process of wind power plant. Espicially the nongovernmental wind power business participation withoutr political support system. In order to promote the development participation of wind power plant, as the first process, the wind resource measurement equipment was installed on the three regions by POSCO, The three regions of Gochang-Gun are located the west coast of Jeollabuk-Province. which is selected as the location of offshore wind power park. This study is focused the best wind resource condition for the development of Gochang-Gun ocean wind power plant. For this purpose, conducting the basic test for the ocean development possibility by measuring and analyzing the wind power from June 1st, 2006 to May 30th, 2007.

        시금치의 육묘배지와 파종 종자량에 따른 수경재배 생육 특성

        시금치 수경재배에 적합한 육묘배지 선발과 육묘 플러그 트레이 크기, 육묘 플러그 트레이 셀(cell)당 종자수 조절로 안정 공정 육묘생산을 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 수경재배 육묘배지에 따른 입모율과 유묘의 생육특성을 조사한 결과 입모율은 보습성이 좋은 입상암면>입상암면+펄라이트 혼용배지>코코피트〉펄라이트>우레탄 스펀지 순으로 나타나 우레탄 스폰지의 입모율이 가장 낮았다. 육묘 플러그 트레이 셀당 종자수에 따른 엽 면적은 종자수가 많을수록 적어지고, 셀당 생체중은 2립(12.5g)에 비해 4립(33.9g)이 무거웠다. 띠라서 셀당 종지수가 적으면 식물체 l개체중은 증가되지만 전체 셀당 생체중은 감소되는 경향을 나타내었다. 수량은 셀당 2립 파종 10,200㎏ㆍ㏊?¹ 비해 4립 파종 14,910?¹으로 46% 증가되었다. This study was carried out to develop the stable plug seedling production for hydroponics of spinaches by various nursery media, plug tray size and seed number per plug tray cell. When plant grown in various nursery media, the seeding stand rate was shown in order of granular rockwool with good water retention, granular rockwool > granular rockwool mixed with pearlite >cocopeat > pearlite> poly urethane foame. Thus, poly urethane foame indicated the lower seedling stand rate. There was no difference in growth of the seedlings and the seeding stand rate by the plug tray size, and no significant difference in the plant height and the number of leaves among the seed number per plug tray cell. But, leaf area of plant in 2 grains seeding per cell was 113.0 ㎠, was wider in compared with 5 grains seeding of which leaf area was 88.0 ㎠ Accordingly, the leaf area per plant decreased as more and more the number of seeds per plug tray cell increased. The fresh weight of a plant per plug tray cell was the heaviest with 12.5 g in the 2 grains, and the total fresh weight of plants per cell was 33.9 g in 4 grains seeding, thus it tended to was bigger compared with other treatments. Consequently, given that the number of seeds per cell was decreased, the fresh weight of a plant increased. On the other hand, the total fresh weight per cell showed a tendency to be reducing as more and more the number of seeds per plug tray cell decreased. The yield in the 4 grains seeding was increased by 46% as l4,910㎏ㆍ㏊?¹ in compared with the yield in 2 grains seeding as 10,200 ㎏ㆍ㏊?¹.
