Lately smartphone uasage is increasing and many Internet of Things (IoT) devices support wireless communications. Accordingly, small base stations which called femtocells are supplied to prevent saturation of existing base stations. However, unlike the original purpose of the femtocell with the advanced hacking technologies, Vulnerability such as gaining the administrator authority was discovered and this can cause serious problems such as the leakage of personal information of femtocell user. Therefore, identify security threats that may occur in the femtocell and it is necessary to ways for systematic vulnerability analysis. In this paper, We analyzed the security threats that can be generated in the femtocell and constructed a checklist for vulnerability analysis using the Threat Modeling method. Then, using the constructed checklist provides a scheme that can improve the safety of the femto cell through the actual analysis and taken the results of the femtocell vulnerabilities analysis.

Sunchon National University Forming Promotion Cater is a unique social education institution for the farmers. This study intends to analyze the educational and training programs for future former candidates with a expert technology, successors to the rural leaders of Saemaul Movements, expert farmers, the students of farming practice s in the Department of Agricultural Education, and the citizens participating in the social education courses. It is an urgent problem to recruit the experts in social education, and in specialized and advanced farm management technology. A committee for betterment of the social education program should be consisted of the social education experts, and alumni of the Forming Promotion Center to share their farming information with one another. In order to achieve the successful goal in the education program of the Farming Promotion Center, the well planned field trips and the supervised farming practices should be secured, and the follow-up management system for the people finishing the courses of the educational programs should be formulated.

Taiwan has plural agricultural education system and has accelerated its social and economic growth through Agricultural Extension Education. This study has been carried out centering around the work plans which analyzed the project of cultivating young farmers supported by the Republic of China Government. Taiwan has promoted administrative and financial support systems with the government as the central figure in order to equip the efficient and continuous development system of agricultural human resources for securing agricultural skilled personnel, developing farmers` organizations and cultivating young farmers that can cope with the open world. The main training programs are for developing farmers` organizations and they are as follows. I) The Agricultural Production and Marketing Group(APMG) 2) Expert Farming Training Program for Rural Youth 3) Agricultural Extension Service Worker Training Program 4) Rural Youth Development Program 5) School 4-H Club Activities for Student Development Program 6) International Rural Youth Exchange Program Development 7) Agricultural Extension Education Program for Minority People 8) Job Change Training Program for Rural People The training programs are organized for all the rural residents and students to develop their individual careers systematically and continuously, and they are very encouraging in whole development. Also they offer us many suggestions.

The liquid-cooling system, one of the cooling methods for electronic devices, can provide the constant temperature cool air without being influenced by the surrounding conditions. In this paper, we will study the liquid-cooling system which is used in inboard equipments of the underwater vehicle. And we'll also propose the techniques how to design the liquid-cooling system and how to test the equipment.

Korea and Japan have a long history of Green Tea plant cultivation and tea drinking. Currently, the methods of tea cultivation and processing in korea are still of conventional type, but Japan's tea plant cultivation and processing methods are more advanced and modern. By the way. Koreans' tea consumption quantity have been increased every year throughout the country. Also, the whole quantity of black tea is imported and an low price green tea is likely to be imported to Korea by an open import policy. Originally, Korea have a lot of genetic resources of tea plants. Also, some good flavors of panning tea enables to export to Japan and have an international competitiveness.

An artificial seeds was developed using somatic embryos derived from the leaf callus of Lycium chinenes Mill. Somatic embryos were singly alginate-encapsulated to be used as artificial seeds. When cultured on MS basal medium, 95% of the non-encapsulated and 49% of the encapsulated somatic embryos were capable of germination. Among various concentrations of sodium alginate tested, the best result for bead formation was obtained in 3% sodium alginate. Of all tested media, 52% of somatic embryos were germinated on 2 MS medium but up to 60% on 3/2 MS medium. Characoal supplemented to the sodium alginated solution promoted shooting and rooting. The highest germination(80%) was obtained when artificial seeds was encapsulated with sodium alginated containing 0.5% charcoal. Artificial seeds did not lose the capacity for germination even after storing at 4℃ for 45 days. Shoots and roots of the encapsulated somatic embryos were induced after 4 weeks on 3/2 MS medium without growth regulators. Whole plantlets were successfully transplanted to potting soil for futher growth.

The Rural Extension Service of Taiwan is consist of two different system. The one is the public enterprise centered project and the other is government or agricultural cooperative centered project. But, in the long term, the whole Rural Extension Service will eventually develop into two distinctive forms, the diversifed technology oriented one and integrated extension service oriented one.
