As a result of minimalism and high-tech of portable electronic devices, manufactures require meeting designated reliabilities of devices. FEA is also undertaken to predict reliabilities. Among those FEA, acquiring numerical model of materials is a main key process. Complexity of composites materials requires an ideal approach due to its unpredictable behaviors. Carpet tile consists of multiple materials, polymers, and adhesive. By combining multiple materials, Carpet tile has material property distinguished from original materials’7 behaviors. This paper outlines a new approach to acquiring carpet tile material property utilizing an apparatus for high speed camera.
