Stiffness of helical coil spring usually calculated by spring equation which is derived by Hook’s Law. In prediction of stiffness using the spring equation, the active number of helical coil spring is determined between 1 or 2 by considering the end condition simply, then the spring stiffness shows inaccurate result by contact phenomena seat and large deformation. A method to calculate active coil number is proposed in this study and it is composed of two steps. First, step is performing a compression FE analysis of the coil spring and calculating the number of active coils by investigating stress distribution of coil. In order to check the validity of the method, the method was applied to a variety of shapes and conditions of the helical coil spring, and it is concluded that the stiffness prediction using the active number calculated by suggested method shows a good agreement between the spring equation and suggested method result.

자동차의 경량화와 성능향상을 목적으로 고장력 강판을 이용한 성형 제품의 수요가 증가하여, 각기 다른 항복응력을 갖는 이종판재의 동시 성형에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 고장력강의 경우 성형 공정 시 탄성 복원량에 의해 스프링 백이 크게 발생하며, 이는 재료의 강성, 시편 두께, 다이 및 펀치의기하학적 형상 등 복합적인 인자의 영향을 받으므로 본 연구에는 항복강도가 서로 다른 이종재료의 동시성형 시 다이 및 펀치의 굽힘 각 변화에 따른 성형 성을 파악하기 위해 U-bending 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 동일 굽힘 각에서는 이종판재를 동시 성형 시 단일판재에 비해 스프링 백량이 감소함을 보임에 따라 성형 성이 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었으며, 또한 굽힘 각은 90°를 기준으로 증가할수록 스프링 백양이 감소하여 다이 및 펀치의 기하학적 형상에 의해 성형 성을 증가시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. For weight reduction and improvement of efficient of the car, the demand of the forming production using high strength steel is increased, Necessity about concurrent formining of the dissimilar material double layered sheet is mentioned. In case of high stregh steel, spring-back occurs significantly at the forming process, this is influenced by the complex factors of the stiffness of material, sheet thickness, the geometry shape of die and punch. In this study, At the concurrent forming of dissimilar yield stress double layered sheet, U-bending experiment was performed to understand the formability regarding variable of bending angle of the die and punch. As a result, confiimed proved formability regarding spring-back is decreased compared with single steel at the same bending angle during the concurrent forming a dissimilar material double layered sheet, And spring-back is decreased with the increase in angle based on the bending angle of 90, It was Confirmed that can increase the formability by geometry shape of the die and punch.

The quality characteristics and their changes during storage of tofu added with pigmented rice powder were studied. As the addition of pigmented rice powder increased, the whey decreased but the yield increased. Textural characteristics of tofu added with pigmented rice powder did not significantly change but with the addition of pigmented rice powder increased, the hardness, gumminess and brittleness mostly decreased. During the initial time of storage, the pH of the tofu with pigmented rice powder decrease, but it increased again after eight days of storage. The pH of soaking solution of tofu decrease, but increased after six days of storage. The L, a and b values mostly increased during storage. As the addition of pigmented rice powder increased, the L, and b values decrease but a value increased. In sensory evaluation, the control tofu was evaluated better than samples added with pigmented rice powder in overall acceptability.
