In this paper, we introduce the on-line test plan of high speed rail development, which will be carried out at the test section of Seoul-Pusan high speed line from May to October, 2002. The test items are decided focused on the verification of the perofrmace and acquirement of the technical data of the high speed rail system development. The running time and distance of the train are calculated for several limited maximum speed cases. The detailed test scenario shall be developed according to the process of development and design of the system.

In this paper, we introduce the software of the measuring system for on-line test and evaluation of high speed rail. This software should set and control the hardware of the measuring system, perform the analysis and calculation of measuring data and interface between users and the measuring system. For this purpose, three programs, such as a measuring program, a monitoring program and post-processing program, have developed.

In this paper, we introduce the software and hardware of the measurement system for on-line testing and evaluation of high speed railway. The test items focus on the verification of the performance and acquirement of the technical data of the high speed railway system. The software controls the hardware of the measurement system, perform the analysis and calculation of measurement data and acts as interface between users and the system hardware. For this purpose, three programs a measuring program, a monitoring program and post-processing program are developed. The detailed test scenario is in the process of development to closely follow the process of development and design of the system.

고속열차는 주행을 하는데 있어 안정된 집전성능을 유지해야 차량의 신뢰성을 보장받는다. 그러나 판토그래프의 접촉력이 불안정하여 이선이 발생하게 될 경우, 전력품질이 불안정 하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 차세대 고속열차 (HEMU-430X)의 집전성능과 전력품질간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 운행위치와 속도에 따른 전력품질 불안정구간을 정량화시켜 파악하기 위해 THD, E.D 방법을 사용하였다. 분석을 통하여 속도가 증가함에 따라 집전성능의 저하에 따른 전력품질의 열화를 확인하였다. 또한 개활지보다 터널에서 집전판-가선간의 접촉력의 표준편차 변동이 컸고 이에 따라 가선전압와 주변압기 입력전류의 전력품질이 불안정함을 확인하였다. 집전성능을 개선하기 위한 방법으로 전차선 장력조정을 하였고 접촉력의 표준편차가 안정해짐에 따라 전력품질도 안정해짐을 확인하였다. 상기의 분석결과를 토대로 집전성능과 전력품질간의 상관관계를 정량화하였다. The quality of electric power supplied to high-speed trains" electronics becomes very important because the performance on current collection is known to be important generally to obtain good power quality. In this paper, the effect of high-speed trains" current collection performance on the power quality of vehicles is analyzed and the correlation is proposed for next-generation high-speed train (HEMU-430X). For the quantitative analysis of power quality, the analysis of total harmonic distortion (THD) rate and equivalent disturbing(ED) value for trolley voltage were utilized. Through the study, the following results were obtained. As train speed was increasing, the standard deviation of contact force increased, power quality became unstable. It was confirmed to have similar trends if catenary tension was low or in tunnels. However, in catenary tension up period and open section area, as the standard deviation of contract force becomes stable, power quality was stable. As a result, power quality"s relationship depending on the current collection performance was verified.
