세계 주요 복수공항 시스템의 성과 비교 연구-조직 운영 형태 중심으로

본 연구는 증가하는 항공 수요에 대처하기 위한 방안으로의 복수 공항 시스템의 특징을 살펴보고 운영 형태에 따른 성과차이를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 항공 수요는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 트렌드를 대처가기 위하여 세계 각국은 다양한 방법으로 공항의 수요를 증가시키고 있다. 그 중 한 방법으로 대두되는 것이 복수 공항 시스템이다. 복수 공항 시스템은 한 지역 내에 복수의 공항을 통하여 해당 지역의 항공 수요를 처리하는 시스템을 말한다. 이러한 시스템의 그 운영 주체에 따라 단일 주체가 운영하거나 각 공항을 개별 주체가 운영하기도 한다. 이러한 운영 주체 성격의 차이는 각 공항을 운영하는데 있어서 자원 배분 문제와 연결된다. 따라서 이러한 운영 주체가 가져오는 공항 운영 성과의 차이를 통하여 복수 공항 운영에 있어서 시사점을 얻을 수 있다. This study aims to study characteristics of multi-airport system to deal with increasing demand and to compare difference between two different management system- single or multi organizations. Multi airport system is one of the way to deal with increasing demand in the region. There are two different types of management structure. One is single organization manage multiple airport in the region The other is each airport at the region is management by independent organization This different management mix at the multiple airport system may have impact on performance of the airport. Thus, this study compare management performance of airport in the multiple airport system and this result can provide implication to other situation when the corporation or organization is considering to expand capacity to incorporate increasing demand.
