신뢰가 공급망 관리상 파트너 관계 지속에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

정보통신기술이 발전과 글로벌화의 진전에 따라 기업들 간 수평적 결합이 더욱 중요하게 되었다. 특히 최근의 경쟁은 기업 간 경쟁에서 공급체인망 간의 경쟁으로 변화되고 있어 공급체인을 형성하고 있는 기업들 간 협업이 중요해 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 외부와 협력을 동한 개방형 기술 혁신 체계 또는 공급체인망에서 협업체계를 이끌어 내는데 있어 신뢰 형성이 가장 중요한 요소로 보고 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 자산 특수성 정보공유, 갈등 등과 신뢰와의 관계를 조사하였다. 그 결과 선행연구 등에서와 같이 우리나라 기업들도 이러한 네가지 요소들이 신뢰관계에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 신뢰가 높으면 높을수록 고객의 만족도가 높아지고 공급체인망상의 지속가능한 파트너쉽이 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. Competition in many industries is changing from competition with other companies into competition with other supplier chains, The partnerships in supply chain could achieve more stable and sustainable innovation through long-term relationships. In order to build a sustainable partnership, it is important to distribute duties, profits and performances evenly to all participating parties. For a greater performance of supply chain, it is necessary to build trust within the supply chain and integrate suppliers' networks for collaboration. This study was conducted to analyze factors that influence trust within a supply chain for the long-term, constructive sustainability of partnerships. Horizontal relationship between companies has become more important due to the development of information communication technology and globalization. Forms of collaboration are evolving into collaborative systems to induce innovation. This study was found that all of these four elements influence trust between Korean companies and that higher trust lead to higher satisfaction and more sustainable partnerships within supply chains. In this respect, it is necessary to replace the vertical hierarchy that causes conflicts with horizontal partnerships for sustainability and competitiveness of supply chains.
