고등학교 재학 시 진로교육경험이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 진로성숙의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 고등학교 재학 시의 진로교육경험이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 진로성숙의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 즉, 고등학교 때 받은 진로교육이 도움이 되었다고 평가할수록 진로성숙도를 매개로 하여 학업적, 사회적 측면의 대학생활적응에 도움이 되는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이 연구목적을 위하여 한국교육개발원의 5, 7차년도 데이터를 사용하여 기초분석과 구조방정식모형을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 고등학교 재학 시 진로교육경험은 진로성숙도와 대학생활적응에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 진로성숙도도 대학생활적응에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학교 재학시 진로교육경험과 대학생활적응과의 관계에서 진로성숙도는 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고등학교 시기의 진로교육경험이 진로성숙도를 높이고 대학교 입학후 대학생활적응을 돕는다는 것을 확인하였다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of career maturity on the effect of career education experience in college high school adjustment. In other words, the higher the career education received in high school, the more useful it was to examine whether it would be helpful to adapt to academic and social aspects of college life through career maturity. For this purpose, basic analysis and structural equation modeling were used using the 5th and 7th year data of the Korea Educational Development Institute. As a result, first, career education experience had a significant positive effect on career maturity and college adjustment, and career maturity also had a significant positive effect on college life adjustment. Second, career maturity was partially mediated in the relationship between career education experience and college life adjustment. This study is meaningful in that it has been confirmed that career education experience in high school promotes career maturity and adapts to college life after entering university.

LCSI를 활용한 진로집단 프로그램이 고등학생들의 자아존중감과 진로성숙도에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 LCSI를 활용한 진로집단 프로그램이 고등학생의 자아존중감과 진로성숙도에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기도에 소재한 ‘S’ 마이스터 고등학생 19명으로 실험집단에 9명, 통제집단에 10명을 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 한국고용정보원에서 개발한 CDP-H(2006)와 LCSI 성격검사를 적용한 진로집단 프로그램을 재구성하여 전문가 2인의 타당도 평가를 거쳐, 50분씩 매주 2회기씩 5주간 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 통제집단에게는 특별한 조치를 취하지 않고 일반학습지도가 이루어졌다. 실험을 위해 이용된 척도는 Rosenberg(1965)가 제작하고 전병제(1974)가 번안한 자아존중감 척도와, 한국직업능력개발원의 진로성숙도 검사(2001)를 사용하였다. 연구의 통계검증을 위해 자료는 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 사용하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 LCSI 진로집단프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 자아존중감 점수와 진로성숙도 능력영역의 하위요인인 자기이해, 합리적 의사결정, 선호직업에 대한 지식 점수에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 다만 진로성숙도의 검사시기에서의 점수 간 차이를 분석해본 결과 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of LCSI career group program on meister high school student‘s self-esteem and career maturity. This study investigated 19 students who had first & second graders in ‘S’ meister high school students in Gyeonggido. The students were divided into two groups, 9 students for the treatment group and 10 for the control group. For the statistical analysis, ANCOVA and One-Way ANOVA were used. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the improvement of the self-esteem in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (F=3.82, p<.05). Second, the improvement of the Career maturity in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (F=5.09, p<.05). In conclusion, the LCSI career group program had a positive effect on self-esteem and career maturity.
