인생과 사회와 현실세계에서는 많은 사람들이 아직 그런 상황인걸 인지 못하고 있고, 인지 못하고 있으니 각자 나름의 현실을 인식하고 만들고 살고 있는 것이다. 특히 그러한 현실은 수평적 넓이에서만 다양·다종·다기한 것이 아니라 수직적 깊이와 높이에서도 층위가 다른 다층적 구조를 가지고 있었다. 다른 말로하면 다영역적 현실, 여러개의 (제한된 의미의 영역으로서의) 현실을 살아온 것이다. 이러한 여러 개의 현실을 놓고 현실인식과 현실지배의 주된 흐름을 장악하고자 인류사의 발전과정 각 단계에서 일정 부류들이 조직력을 발휘하여 권력을 형성하였고, 자연법적 이론이나 사회계약설, 또는 일반적이니 보편적이니 일컬으며 짐짓 이념적 공동체를 구성해 오면서 정치란 사회현상을 만들어 왔다. 말하자면, 현실은 각자 자기 소업, 자기조직, 자기규정의 현실이 있는가 하면, 서로 관련이 있는 관계와 범위에 있어서 공동조직, 공업의 현실이 있다. 그런데 그것은 막연한 것이 아니라 그때 그때의 욕망과 상상력에서 비롯된 조직력과 행동력을 바탕으로 일궈낸 권력에 의해서 구체화된 체제에 의하여 제약된 현실인 것이다. 발상의 전환과 비전(vision)의 전망이 있을 때 정치의 악순환에 대한 타개 책을 사유할 수 있고 출구와 활로를 열수 있는 가능성이 생긴다. 이 논문에서는 현대 정치상황의 문제점과 한계, 그리고 그 타개책과 활로에 대하여 정리하고자 한다. You can find the symmetrical relativity between double aspects, characteristics and properties of the matters, things, beings. I am of the opinion that in the process of modernization in the past century, the majority of the main stream failed in achieving the balanced and harmonized development and actualization of such two characteristics of the things, owing to the excessively biased attitude to either one or another. Differently from the common guess or preoccupied notion, mankind in the stone age might have well managed to take the delicately balanced actions, through appropriate check and balance between the beings and things, for example, the nature and human beings, or animals and human beings and etc. Claude Levi-Strauss and Nakazawa Shinichi have expressed their view that the Buddhistic ways of thinking have something, a thread of connections to do with the balanced living of the primitive people of the stone age in terms of the achievement of the harmonized relation between animals or natural living things and their groups. They had achieved the harmony through mutual benefit, respect for each other, cautiousness and self-restraint, which is quite different from the way of modern people`s living, such as making use of the weakness and difficulties of beings, like animals, or poor people. Levi-Strauss and Nakazawa named the way of such mutual respect and humble mind, the flux wisdom. Generally speaking, in the political arena, people make exhaustive efforts to acquire the power position of the majority. The Buddhists are heading for the progress and the self-enhancement toward the value-oriented life and the enlightenment. They are ready to accept the status of the political minority, rather than ascending to the throne of majority by making a fool of the other people, taking the way of unbalanced, unfair treatments, exploiting the nature including the animals. We, the Buddhist people, should play the most important role, even as a minority, in order to change the standpoint, turn the direction and reform the stage and platform of the political main stream inclined to the parochial self-interest by attaching excessive importance to one side in a partial manner, namely to either one or another of the matters, things or beings and etc.
