        AHP기법을 이용한 도시재생사업의 우선순위 평가

        Our country have achieved high economic growth while rapid industrialization and urbanization progress since 1960s". Although the large-scale of new towns have been developed in order to solve the population problem in accordance with the rapid urbanization, which has led to the decline and social problems of urban areas. With a great interest in urban regeneration, it has been a critical issue for urban revitalization since 1980s" in our country. New types of urban regeneration are undertaken in various ways under the 『Urban Regeneration and Assistance Law』 conducted in 2013. Therefore, this study aims to explore various ways of implementation processes for the successful urban regeneration through the survey of experts in Changwon(Masan). As a result, the experts showed that commercial activities are top priorities with a great emphasis on social regeneration, then the economic regeneration, cultural regeneration and physical environmental regeneration. Because experts are actually subject to plan the project and promote, high priority areas selected for this group are likely to apply equally urban regeneration in the applied sites. In order to fulfill successful regeneration projects, more adequate communication with merchants are required before starting the projects. If the projects take place without adequate communication, serious side-effects will be taken place such as low participation and the distrust of the policy. Consequently, In this study, analyze the important elements of the experts, to try to show the priority of regeneration projects each commercial, from the shopping area. It is expected to contribute to the implementation plan of the new regeneration project. For this study, an AHP technique was applied to the analysis of the processes. Moreover, this study will be able to provide an empirical reference for revitalization of urban center in the future, provide that the analysis results can be applied to commercial areas in other cities.

        상권재생 전략 도출을 위한 요인분석 연구

        Since the establishment of 2013’s “Urban Regeneration Activation and Support related Laws”, the Urban Regeneration Project has become a strong base for successful launch of new systems including the creation of the Urban Regeneration Task Force supported by the Prime Minister, dedicated organizations and support organizations. In particular, the Urban Regeneration Task Force decided on the 1st National Urban Regeneration General Policy to comprehensively and effectively explore Urban Regeneration. For 10years starting from 2014, 5key objectives including ‘Strengthening Urban Competitiveness’, ‘Quality of Life Improvement’, ‘Improving Convenient Living Environment’, ‘Regional Identity Restoration’ and ‘Strengthening Resident Competency’ under the vision ‘Recreation of Competitive Cities with Happy Citizens’ were established and supported by national and local governments to activate pre-established cities. However, there are still ambiguities in the objective of the policy-based Urban Regeneration Project to manage cities efficiently and the methods of the project have not been properly formulated. Due to this, the project’s effectiveness is being evaluated as minimal. In relation to the Urban Regeneration Project, Commercial Regeneration is contributing significantly to creating new jobs and strengthening Urban Competitiveness in communities. Convenient living environment is by far the most important in the lives of the citizens but because we are unable to ignore economic issues, settlement regeneration and commercial regeneration are being applied as essential elements within the Urban Regeneration Project.

        노인복지시설 이용만족도와 이용의향에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

        Since current problem about aging population is greatly raised and became an urban problem, the government is trying to expand policies and welfare facilities for the aged. Nonetheless, facilities and services for senior citizens are still not enough. Various researches and solutions for the problem are discussed, but they couldn’t fully respond to the needs of the aged. To meet a correspondence of the time on the urban problem, the object of this study is to analyze user satisfaction of Jinju citizens on facilities for the aged and causes that affect on intentions to use the facilities, since Jinju is selected as the study are. The study was done for finding a reason why the satisfaction level was increased by analyzing the user satisfaction and promoting intentions to use the facilities by researching how nonusers think about the facilities. As the method of study, in order to research user satisfaction on facilities for the aged in Jinju, I used a research on grounded theory that shows type and present condition of the facilities, a field study(interview), and survey to deduce a result. The survey is targeted at all adult over 20 years old living in Jinju and conducted by setting user of the facilities, nonuser, common things as items. 365 questionnaires were distributed and 338 questionnaires were collected. Excepting nonresponses and inapplicable questionnaires, results of 320 questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS 21.0, statistical analysis program. Through the survey, the study tried to find what variables influence on the user satisfaction and the intention to use by researching the user satisfaction and nonusers’ intention to use.

        진주중앙지하상가의 재활성화를 위한 영향요인 분석

        Underground Public Pedestrian Facility involved not only function of protection and guidance, but also of shopping. However, recently it has declined because of a shift of consumer’s style within not store retaining such as internet home shopping, and improved life qualities. It needs to have a special back up plan following two reasons: one is that physically it is severe deterioration because it did not to foster re-modeling and regeneration project among Underground Public Pedestrian Facility were completely built before 2000s; the other is that there are highly rick accidents by its deterioration. For those of problems to solve positively, municipality is trying to increase the reproductive industries of Underground Public Pedestrian Facility, but even though measures of its deterioration are necessarily, it could not work well when industries budgets are not enough because it is working only for commerce benefits. Thus, this research was decided to investigate the specific project of the re-productive project under Underground Public Pedestrian Facility proceeded different local areas for regeneration of Underground Public Pedestrian Facility, make structured questionnaires, reasons out detailed indexes were influenced toward re-activation of Underground Public Pedestrian Facility, users have thought, through analysis, and suggest the establishment of priority of specific industries and directions for re-activation. The population group of this study was established Jinju Jungang Underground Shopping Street in JinJu city. The method of study compared current quantities of people’s passing of information from field gate’s measurement and past quantities of people’s passing, then analyzed level of decline, conducted survey of users, and made conclusion the consequences of impact of sources to Underground Public Pedestrian Facility reactivation through multiple regression analysis as SPSS 21.0. Therefore, it found the reasons of decline people have felt and direction of reproduction, and suggested its direction about Underground Public Pedestrian Facility.
