사이코드라마에 의한 성폭력 피해 청소년의 외상 후 스트레스와 대인관계효과

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마가 성폭력 피해 청소년의 외상 후 스트레스와 대인관계에 효과가 있었는지를 알아보는데 있다. 성폭력 쉼터에 거주하는 여자 청소년 6명을 대상으로 2014년 4월 6일부터 6월 15일까지 사이코드라마를 총 10회 실시한 후 비모수통계방법인 Wilcoxon signed rank test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 외상 후 스트레스는 통계적으로 유의미하게 감소되었으며, 대인관계도 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 따라서 사이코드라마가 성폭력 피해청소년의 외상적 사건에 대한 내적 감정의 표현과 자발적 행동을 통한 자신의 문제 인식 및 표출로 외상 후 스트레스를 감소시키고 나아가 대인관계 향상에 유용한 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of psychodrama on post-traumatic stress and interpersonal relationship for sexually abused children and adolescents. The subjects in this study were six female victims(children & adolescents) staying at the shelter against sexual violence and the data of this study were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed rank test as non-parametric statistical method after conducting the survey from April 6, 2014 to Jun 15, 2014 with ten sessions in total. As a result of study, post- traumatic stress showed a statistically significant decrease and interpersonal relationship had a statistically significant increase. Therefore, this study demonstrated that psychodrama was useful in reducing post-traumatic stress by perception of the problem through expression of internal emotions and voluntary action in regards to post-traumatic incidents for the victims of sexual violence and further improving interpersonal relationship as well.
