The major GreenHouse Gas(GHG) exhausted from vehicles are CO₂, CH₄, N₂O. emission is mostly CO₂. but, according to global warming potential, CH₄is 21 times, N₂O is 310 times worse than CO₂. To reduce the Greenhouse gases(GHG) emission, we must need to develop Non-CO₂emission factor. For more detailed emission development we need a level of Tier3 emission factor development that are reflected in Domestic Vehicles emissions control technology. In this Study, it would be used as a basic reference for establishing GHG Reduction policy through developing Non-CO₂ emission factor of Tier3 level about domestic Vehicles.

The emission factor of Tier 3 level is necessary to establish a policy for reducing GHG emissions and to promote it efficiently. In the passenger vehicle, the GHG emission factor was developed only prior to 2009, it is necessary to develop new GHG emission factors. This study was carried out for development of Tier 3 level GHG emission factors reflecting emission trend of passenger vehicle during the latest 3 years. To ensure reliability of developed new Tier 3 GHG emission factors, all test results were obtained through statistical analysis and the final regression model was determined by comparing the coefficient of determination. To review the accuracy of test results, uncertainty review was also carried out. New Tier 3 emission factors developed through this study will be utilized for national GHG emission estimation and policymaking.

Greenhouse Gases and Air pollutions Emission Factor is function of Vehicle Driving speed. This study analyzes the driving pattern of Urban, Rural, Highway road. and compares CO₂ value from field test with CO₂ Emission Factor. The CO₂ Emissions from field test vehicles coincide Emission Factor from Chassis dynamometer Test cell. but according to the effects of driving conditions, air - condition, vehicle weight. the CO₂ Emissions can not coincide Emission Factor.
