        호흡기 감염병(코로나-19) 선별진료소 공간계획에 관한 연구 -서초구 언택트 선별진료소 조성을 중심으로-

        (연구배경 및 목적)코로나-19 등 호흡기 감염병은 비말과 접촉, 공기 감염으로 전파되므로 민간 의료기관과 지자체 보건소에서는 조기발견을 통한 지역 확산 방지를 위해 선별진료소를 운영하고 있다. 보건소 선별진료소는 의심환자 검사를 분담하여 의료기관의 부담을 더는 지역 방역의 중심 역할을 한다. 호흡기 감염병 특성상 검사과정 중 대면이 취약요소로 작용하며 피검사자간 교차 감염의 위험이 있어 언택트를 기본으로 한 공간계획이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 호흡기 감염병 대응을 위한 선별진료소의 공간계획 요인들에 대해 연구하고 프로세스 및 실행 디자인을 제안하여 향후 선별진료소 조성 시 실용 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. (연구방법) 인터넷과 문헌을 통하여 호흡기 감염병의 전파경로 및 감염차단을 위한 언택트 개념에 대해 고찰하고, 선행연구와 정부지침을 통하여 선별진료소의 개념 및 감염방지를 위한 공간조건을 추출하였다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 동선계획, 건축설비, 진료장치, 유니버설디자인, 사인시스템 등 선별진료소 공간조성 고려사항을 도출, 서초구 보건소 선별진료소에 반영하여 세부계획, 설계안을 작성하고 설치, 조성하였다. 그리고 조성완료 사진을 첨부하여 이해를 도모하였다. (결과) 서초구 보건소 외부 T자 골목형 부지를 대상으로 접근, 안내/접수대기, 접수/역학조사, 진료대기, 검사, 귀가안내 등 진료단계별 세부 공간 계획요소를 반영한 가설 건축 모듈을 디자인하고 동선의 흐름에 따라 건축모듈을 제작, 설치하였다. 주요 감염경로인 비말, 접촉, 공기 중 전파를 전면 차단하기 위하여 비대면, 비접촉 언택트 진료가 가능하도록 하였으며, 각종 소독, 정화시스템으로 감염을 선제적으로 차단하는 선별진료소로 구축하였다. 또한 의료진의 진료편의, 피검사자의 이용편의 및 심리적 안정까지 고려하여 배려있는 공간으로 조성하였다. (결론) 본 연구는 호흡기 감염병 대응을 위한 선별진료소 디자인 프로세스 및 실행에 관한 것으로, 의료진과 피검사자 모두의 감염 안전과 이용편의, 심리적 안정을 도모할 수 있도록 계획되었다. 본 연구가 향후 감염관리를 위한 선별진료소 구축 시 구체적 참고자료로 활용되어 지역방역 안전을 지키는데 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다. (Background and Purpose) As respiratory infectious diseases such as corona-19 spread through contact with infected water droplets and public transmission, private medical institutions and health centers are making efforts to prevent the spread of the disease throughout the community based on early quarantine. The Health Center Screening Clinic plays a central role in local disease control efforts to relieve the burden of medical institutions by conducting tests on suspected patients. Due to the nature of respiratory infections, face-to-face contact is a vulnerable factor during the examination process, and a non-face-to-face-based space plan that minimizes face-to-face contact is needed to avoid the risk of cross-infection by inspectors. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the space planning factors of the screening clinic and to propose a process and implementation design that can be used as actual data when deploying the screening clinic. (Method) The concept of untact to eliminate propagation pathways of respiratory infectious diseases and prevent infection was investigated through Internet and literature research, and further the concept and spatial conditions of selective clinics for infection prevention were identified through advance research and government guidelines. Based on this, considerations related to the creation of space for selective care centers, such as traffic flow line planning, building equipment, treatment equipment, universal design, and sign system, were derived and reflected in the Seocho-gu Health Center's selective care center and implemented detailed plans, etc. Planning and design drafts, installation and formation. In addition, photographs showing the completed construction status were attached to promote understanding. (Results) Temporary building modules are designed to reflect detailed spatial planning elements in each stage of medical treatment, such as access to the ground T-shaped alleys within the Seocho-gu health center, guidance/waiting process for reception, reception/reception/receptional investigation, test waiting process, test execution, and return guidance. It then created a building module and installed it according to traffic flow. In order to prevent the spread of infection drops, contact, and air transmission, which are major infection routes, non-face-to-face and non-contact medical treatment was installed, and various disinfection devices and purification systems were also established in the examination clinic. In addition, this space was created to enhance convenience and psychological stability for both medical staff and medical examiners. (Conclusions) This study is related to the design process and implementation of the screening clinic needed to cope with respiratory infectious diseases, and was planned to enhance safety, ease of use and enhance psychological stability for both medical staff and examinees. The researchers hope that the findings will provide useful references to the establishment of infection control screening centers to help ensure community security.

        뉴노멀시대 도시공원 계획특성에 관한 연구

        (연구배경 및 목적)뉴노멀은 기존의 가치에 대치되는 새로운 기준을 뜻하는 용어로, 제4차 산업혁명, 인구구조변화, 저성장, 기후변화 등을 주요 요인으로 볼 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 파생되는 사회변화와 문제에 대하여 종합적이고 유연한 대응이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 따라 도시공간 또한 전환된 패러다임을 수용할 수 있도록 재조정이 요구된다. 도시공원은 라이프스타일이 구체적으로 구현되는 공간으로, 변화에 따른 다양하고 복합적인 활용이 가능하여 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 뉴노멀시대 새로운 공공가치의 반영을 위한 도시공원 계획특성을 연구하여 변화에 대응하고자 한다. (연구방법)먼저 문헌 및 인터넷을 통해 뉴노멀 시대를 이끄는 4가지 주요요인을 추출하고 심층 분석하여 연관 관계를 파악, 뉴노멀 시대의 특성과 대응방향을 도출하였다. 다음으로, 시대변화에 따른 도시공간의 변화 및 공원의 기능에 대해 이론적 고찰하고 도시공간의 변화가 기존 공원기능을 충족할 수 있는지를 분석하여 계획특성(안)을 도출하였다. 전문가 설문조사를 실시하여 계획특성의 적합성 여부와 뉴노멀시대 대응 방향과의 연관성을 검증하고 분석모형으로 구체화하였다.(결과)분석모형의 실효성 검증을 위하여 최근에 조성된 지역권 근린공원 2개소에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 두 공원 모두 충분한 부지와 계획적인 조성, 관리체계가 구축되어 뉴노멀시대 공원 계획 특성의 전반적인 척도가 높게 나타났으나, 상호지원성 중 첨단성, 유연성은 공통적으로 미흡한 것으로 나타났고, 회복탄력성과 관계된 보건성, 대응성, 환경성은 방재, 식생 등이 부족한 도심 선형공원이, 도시포용성과 관련된 접근성, 지역성은 도시외곽 공원이 낮게 분석되어 지형적 입지에 따라 차이를 보였다. (결론)도시공원은 사회구성원을 수용하는 생활의 연장공간으로, 뉴노멀의 시대 변화된 가치관을 수용하는 공간으로 조성되어야 한다. 본 연구는 전반적인 시대변화 요인을 기반으로 접근하여 도시공원의 계획특성을 제시한 연구로, 상호지원성, 회복탄력성, 도시포용성 확보 측면에서 뉴노멀시대 도시공원의 조성방향을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형의 활용 시 기존 공원의 시대 변화의 수용여부 및 보완이 필요한 미흡한 특성을 미리 파악할 수 있어, 공원 재정비 설계에 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. (Background and Purpose) New normal is a term that refers to a new standard that contrasts with existing values, and the main factors of it include the Fourth Industrial Revolution, demographic change, low growth, and climate change. Accordingly, a comprehensive and flexible response to social changes and problems is required. The importance of urban parks is emerging as they can be used in various and complex ways depending on the lifestyle. Therefore, this study aims to cope with the ongoing changes by studying the characteristics of urban parks to reflect the new public values of the New Normal Era. (Method) First, in this study, four main factors that lead the New Normal Era were extracted from the literature and the Internet, and the relationship was identified by in-depth analysis to derive the characteristics of the New Normal Era and countermeasures. Next, the change in urban space due to the change of times was theoretically considered for the function of the park and the planning characteristics (plan) were derived by analyzing whether the change in urban space could meet the existing park functions. An expert survey analysis was conducted to verify the suitability of the planning characteristics and their association with the New Normal Era response direction and to materialize them into an analysis model. (Results) Two recently created neighborhood parks were analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the analysis model. As a result, both parks had sufficient land, planned construction, and management systems, resulting in high overall measurements of the park's planning characteristics in the New Normal Era. Both parks lacked high-tech and flexibility among their mutual supportability. Urban linear parks lacked disaster prevention and vegetation, resulting in low levels of health, responsiveness, and environmental characteristics related to resilience, while urban outer parks had low accessibility and locality related to urban inclusion. There were differences depending on the terrain and location of the park. (Conclusions) Urban parks shall be created as spaces to accommodate the changed values of the New Normal Era. Based on the overall factors of time change, the study presented the planning characteristics of urban parks, which derived the direction of urban parks in the New Normal era in terms of mutual support, resilience, and urban inclusion. The analysis model presented in this study can be used as a basic data useful for park maintenance design as it can identify the acceptance and complement of existing parks in advance.       • ADVISER를 이용한 EuroNCAP 정면 충돌 시험의 정략적 비교

        Recently, customers need safer cars. To meet customers’ need, NCAP(New Car Assessment Program) is performed in Europe, US and Korea by government or insurance company. In order to get a good point in NCAP test, many vehicle crash tests were carried out in developing stage by the manufacturer. The vehicle crash test has many difficulties in repeatability and robustness in the result. These various results were caused by the several factors, for example different test facilities, setup condition, test vehicle, and test speed etc. In this paper, several test result of EuroNCAP frontal test which is sensitive to the test conditions were analyzed. In addition, the influences of the test sites and the build-phase variance were analyzed by qualitatively evaluation using ADVISER. The results show the variance of pulses can be rated qualitatively and there are different scores according to test site and build phase. The vehicle deceleration pulse of impact side is more sensitive than opposite side pulse. The engine pulse is most sensitive but chest deflection is not sensitive to the change of vehicle.

      • EuroNCAP 정면충돌 시험의 신뢰성 분석

        Numerical simulation has played an important role in the vehicle development. Especially vehicle crash numerical simulations have been indispensable more and more in order to save the developing time and cost. However numerical simulation are usually deterministic. Crash tests results have scatter due to many variables such as manufactory condition of vehicle, test condition, margin for test procedures, slight deference of restraint system performance and so on. In order to consider these varieties under test situation, CAE based stochastic analysis has performed. In this paper, stochastic numerical simulations are carried out using MADYMO and ADVISER to investigate the variance of frontal EuroNCAP test results. In addition, influence of parameters on the result of frontal EuroNCAP tests are analyzed using stochastic post-processing tools. The results showed that EuroNCAP point varied from 9.7 to 11.1 according to calculation conditions and these value of bandwidth was 12 % of maximum point. In two cases, head bottoming out occurred.

      • 센서 접착 방법에 따른 감도 변화

        There are many types of accelerometer sensor. There was mainly used high-g accelerometer to obtain data for vehicle in crash test. Accelerometer was mounted on test vehicle with mounting blocks. Test result can be influenced by condition of mounting i.e. bonding material and type of block. These influences can be evaluated to variation of sensitivity in calibration test. In this paper. Calibration test were carried out for 3 types of bonding material i.e. stud, beewax and double side tape. Other factor was taken into consideration by 3-types for mounting block. All test was conducted by sinusoidal signal vibrator up to 4500Hz. In order to investigate influence for sensitivity from different input voltage in the calibrator, the same test was repeated. Test results were compared with standard accelerometer data. Relative sensitivities and phases were showed small difference in sensitivity for bonding materials with one block, but significant one for another block and different input voltage below 1000Hz.

        PDB 시험에 대한 충돌 상호 안전성

        Currently various safety tests are being performed in many countries with growing interest in vehicle safety. However the vehicles which have good safety performance in these tests could not secure the good performance in real car to car accident. So new test protocol using progressive deformable barrier (PDB) was proposed by EEVC in Europe, NHTSA in USA and some vehicle manufacturers, etc. The target of PDB test is to control partner protection in addition to self-protection on the same test. The proposal is to update current ECE R.94 frontal ODB test. So barrier, impact speed, overlap are changed to avoid bottoming-out in the test configuration. In this paper 3 different tests (R.94, EuroNCAP and PDB test) were carried out using current production vehicles with same structure. The results of these tests were compared to understand PDB test. As a result PDB test shows the highest vehicle deceleration and dummy injury because PDB offers a progressive increase in stiffness in depth and height. However vehicle intrusion was affected with rather test velocity than stiffness of deformable barrier. PDB deformation data is used for partner protection assessment using PDB software and it shows that the test vehicle is rather not aggressive.
