사이코드라마 수퍼바이지의 수퍼비전 경험 연구: 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 중심으로

본 연구는 사이코드라마 수퍼바이지의 수퍼비전 경험을 연구하기 위해 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시한 질적 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구문제는 ‘사이코드라마 수퍼바이지의 사이코드라마 수퍼비전을 통한 경험은 어떠한가·’이다. 본 연구를 위해 한국사이코드라마·소시오드라마학회 전문가와 전문가 수련생 11명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 5개의 주제와 14개의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 주제는 ‘사이코드라마를 지속할 수 있는 힘’, ‘재충전의 기회’, ‘수퍼비전 전문성에 대한 의구심’, ‘수퍼바이저의 무례함에 의욕 상실’, ‘수퍼바이저를 위한 수퍼비전교육의 절실성’ 등이었다. 본 연구를 통해 수퍼바이지가 수퍼비전을 통해 성장한다는 점을 알 수 있었으며, 수퍼비전 교육의 필요성이 절실히 요구됨을 인식할 수 있었다. This study is a qualitative study in which a focus group interview was conducted to study the experience of the supervision of Psychodrama supervisee. To this end, the research question is, what is the supervisee experience through the psychodrama supervision?' For this study, a focus group interview was conducted with 11 participants, including experts from the Korean Psychodrama and Sociodrama Society. As a result of the study, 5 themes and 14 sub-themes were drawn from this study. The themes of this study are ‘the power to continue psychodrama’, ‘opportunity to recharge’, and ‘doubtful about supervision expertise’. ‘disappointed by the rudeness of the supervisor’ and ‘the urgency of supervision education for the supervisor’. Through this study, it was found from the fact that the supervisee grows through supervision, and it is recognized that the need for supervision training for the supervisor is desperately required.
