참복과 한약재복합물이 알콜 투여로 유발된 흰쥐의 고지혈증과 간 손상의 예방에 미치는 영향

N/A Objectives : This study was performed to observe the effect of water extracts from Fugu rubripes rubripes with several herbs(FRR) on hyperlipiderma and liver damage induced by alcohol. Methods: Except for the normal group, we fed rat on 25% alcohol for 56 days. And FRR extract was administrated for the same pried. We measured the serum component in rat s blood, body weight and weight of liver. Results : 1. At first, we observed effects of FRR on hyperlipiderma induced by alcohol. FRR group didn t show significant increase of total cholesterol in comparison with those of the control group. FRR group showed significant increase of HDL(high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol in comparison with those of the control group. FRR group showed significant decrease of triglyceride in comparison with those of the control group. FRR group showed significant increase of body weight in comparison with those of the control group in 4weeks and 8weeks. FRR group showed significant increase of liver weight in comparison with those of the control DUP. 2. At second, we observed effects of FRR on liver damage induced by alcohol. FRR group showed significant decrease of ALP, GOT and GPT in comparison with those of the control group. FRR group didn`t show significant decrease of LDH in comparison with those of the control group. Conclusions : Reviewing these experimental results, it appears that water extracts from Fugu rubripes rubripes with several herbs have pharmaceutical efficacy on hyperlipiderma and liver damage induced by alcohol. Therefore further additional study should be conducted to elucidate in depth the pharmaceutical efficacy of these.

Objectives : We got a good effect on one patient with urinary and bowel dysfunction following cerebrovascular accident by oriental medical methods. Methods : We employed oriental medical treatments; herb-medication ( YungkyLLksanwh-tang), acupuncture. moxibustion and cupping therapy. Results : Urinary and bowel dysfunction was recovered after this treatments. Sense of urination and defecation was improved, also urinary and fecal incontinence was dtxreased. Conclusions : U e expected that therapeutic value of treatment according to symptom -complex(證) of urinary and bowel dysfunction following cerebrovascular accident will be higher if more clinical studiesand researches are accomplished.
