This study targets six adult men and women who covered their spots with medical semi-permanent makeup from May 17 to May 30, 2021, for a study on the perception of medical semi-permanentization of patients with vitiligo. The results of the comprehensive study are as follows. As a result of the study, the risk perception before and after recognizing semi-permanent makeup such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips, referring to photos before and after the procedure on SNS and searching for information on the Internet was not high. As a result of the study, 2. In terms of satisfaction after medical semi-permanent beauty treatment, 5 out of 6 subjects were satisfied with the white spot sign, and 1 complained. As a result of the study, 3. Regarding the perception before and after the medical semi-permanent makeup procedure, two out of six subjects recognized it as a medical practice, two responded with makeup, and the other two answered that they were doing makeup and medical practice. In addition, all six subjects responded that they were willing to recommend medical semi-permanent makeup to other patients with vitiligo. Therefore, this study said that qualitative research methods on the perception of medical semi-permanent makeup experienced and recognized by patients with vitiligo should be adopted and analyzed, and medical semi-permanent makeup should be expanded based on safety.
성인 환자에서 위와 결장에 동시 침범한 랑게르한스 세포 조직구증: 증례 보고

Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is reported less frequently in adults than in children. The most common site of involvement in adults is the bone, accounting for 30-50% of cases. The gastrointestinal tract is very rare, accounting for approximately 2%. We present a case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis that simultaneously invaded multiple organs, including the stomach and colon, in an adult. A 37-year-old woman with no underlying disease complained of chest discomfort and a palpable right submandibular mass. A right Level II neck mass and mediastinal LN enlargement were confirmed on the pharynx and chest CT scan. Multiple subepithelial masses with central ulceration and erosion were observed in the corpus and fundus on the esophagogastroduodenoscopy and in the right colon on the colonoscopy. The histopathology findings were the same in each tissue biopsied from the stomach, colon, and right neck lymph nodes. Langerhans cells with classical reniform nuclei and prominent eosinophils invaded the normal glands, and S100 and CD1a were positive in the immunohistochemical stain. Gastrointestinal involvement of LCH in adults is rare, asymptomatic,and can involve multiple digestive organs simultaneously, so upper endoscopy and colonoscopy should be considered for a diagnosis. 산채류의 생리활성에 대한 소비자 관심이 증가함에 따라 산채류의 소비가 늘고 있지만 아직 수확시기 외에는 신선한 산채의 섭취가 어려운 실정이다. 특히 바쁜 현대인들의 직접적인 조리는 더욱 어렵기 때문에 가공식품으로의 이용이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 주요 산채작물인 참취의 재배 방법에 따른 품질비교와 데치기 처리 전후의 물리화학적 특성 변화를 분석하였다. 노지재배 참취는 시설재배에 비해 총 페놀성 화합물 양은 물론 산화방지능도 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 플라본올 중에서는 특히 퀘세틴이 시설재배에 비하여 5배 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 데치기 처리 시 경도와 영양성분, 기능성성분의 감소를 보였으나 그 변화 정도에 있어 재배방법에 따른 차이는 뚜렷하지 않았다. 색도의 경우 노지재배 참취가 시설재배에 비하여 확연히 진한 색을 나타내었는데 데치기 전후의 색도변화는 두 시료 모두 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 자유당 함량은 노지재배 참취가 두 배 가량 많은 것으로 나타났는데, 특이적으로 엿당은 검출되지 않았다. 결과를 종합하여 보면, 노지재배 참취의 영양적 가치가 시설재배에 비해 월등히 높은 것으로 판단되며 데치기 처리에 따른 성분변화와 색도변화 양상은 재배방법에 따른 차이가 뚜렷하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. Consumption of wild edible greens (WEG) has risen in Korea recently, and processing of WEG at greenhouses is increasing. In this study, we investigated chamchwi (Aster scaber Thunb), a major WEG, to assess the effect of growth conditions on nutritional quality and blanching process. Field-grown chamchwi had 1.5-2-fold more total phenolic compounds and anti-oxidative capacity than the house-grown one. Among functional compounds, quercetin was significantly higher (about 5-fold) in the field samples (approximately 430 μg/g fresh weight) than in the house samples. Soluble sugars in field-grown chamchwi were 2-fold higher than in the house samples. For both the samples, blanching process decreased chamchwi quality significantly, but the degree of loss for each component was different. Consequently, field-grown chamchwi exhibited superior nutritional quality than greenhouse-grown one, and blanching process resulted in a similar decrease of nutritional quality in both the samples.
