노년기 우울변화의 영향요인: 한국 고령화 연구패널을 이용하여

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 고령화연구 패널조사를 이용해 한국노인의 우울변화 정도 및 우울변화에 영향을 미치는 예측요인들을 규명하고자 실시하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 고령화연구 패널조사(Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging: KLoSA) 자료를 활용하여 1차, 2차, 3차에걸쳐 65세 이상 노인 3,971명에 대해 잠재성장모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 노인 우울은 시간이 지남에 따라 증가하는데 우울의 변화정도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 있어 우울의 출발점에서의 영향변수는 경제수준, 자식과의 관계만족도, 주관적 건강, 통증, 영양이었으나, 출발점 이후 우울변화에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별, 연령, 만성질환 수, 인지기능, 흡연으로 나타났다. 결론: 노인 우울에 영향을 주는 예측요인들을 통해 노인우울을 경감하기 위한 중재방안이 필요하다. Objective: This study was conducted to identify the predictable factors influenced on korean elders`` depression levels by using (Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging) KLoSA research. Methods: This study was analyzed by potential growth models of 3,971 people aged over 65 through 1st, 2nd and 3rd study according to KLoSA data. Results: Sociodemographic variable affecting the depression change in the elderly seems to be caused by age and gender. Physical, mental and health variables appear to be caused by recognition function and the number of chronic diseases. And health variable looks like a cause of smoking in deed. Conclusion: Interventions are needed to reduce the depression in the elderly through predictable factors that can affect to the elderly depression.
