아동상담자의 역전이 관리능력이 부모와의 작업동맹에 미치는 영향에서 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움의 병렬다중매개효과

본 연구는 아동상담자의 역전이 관리능력이 부모와의 작업동맹에 미치는 영향에서 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움의 병렬다중매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 아동상담자 123명으로 아동상담자가 경험한 부모상담에 관한 질문지, 역전이 관리능력 척도, 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움 척도, 작업동맹 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석에는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램과 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS macro Model 4 분석법을 활용하였고, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트랩(Bootstrap)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 아동상담자의 역전이 관리능력은 부모와의 작업동맹과 정적 상관관계를, 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움(부모 요인, 상담자 요인)과는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 부모와의 작업동맹은 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움(부모 요인, 상담자 요인)과 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 아동상담자의 역전이 관리능력과 부모와의 작업동맹의 관계에서 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움의 하위요인인 부모 요인과 상담자 요인이 유의한 병렬다중매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 아동상담자의 역전이 관리능력이 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움 중 부모와 상담자 요인에 영향을 미침으로, 부모와의 작업동맹에 영향을 미친다는 병렬다중매개효과 경로를 규명하였음에 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과는 부모상담 시 아동상담자가 부모와의 작업동맹 수준을 높이는 방안을 모색함에 있어, 아동상담자의 역전이 관리능력과 부모상담에서 경험하는 어려움 중 부모와 상담자 요인을 함께 고려함의 필요성을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to explore The Parallel Multi-mediating Effect of child counselor’s struggles in parent consultation between countertransference management abilities of child counselors and the working alliance with parents. The subjects were 123 child counselors and participants completed a questionnaire. collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and Hayes’ PROCESS macro Model 4. The results indicated as follows: First, the child counselor's countertransference management ability showed a positive correlation with the working alliance with the client's parents and a negative correlation with the child counselor’s struggles in parent consultation. The working alliance with parents showed a negative correlation with the child counselor’s struggles in parent consultation. In the relationship between the child counselor's countertransference management ability and the working alliance with parents, parent and counselor factors were shown to have a significant parallel multi-mediating effect among the child counselor’s struggles in parent consultation. In particular, the results of this study are meaningful in that they specifically verified a parallel multiple mediation effect path in which the child counselor's countertransference management ability affects the working alliance with the parents by influencing parent factors and counselor factors among the struggles in parent consultation. It also suggests the importance of considering not only the child counselor’s countertransference management abilities but also the counselor’s struggles in parent consultation when identifying factors that affect the working alliance with parents.
