The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the service qualities on customer satisfaction and reuse-intention in screen golf clubs. To achieve this study, literature review was made as an exploratory research as well as a survey was done as a positive investigation. Total 10 screen golf clubs in Pusan City and South Gyeongsang Province were selected in this study by random sampling method. The number of subjects of this study was 300 people in the area except unfaithful answers who were living . They were making a visit to Screen Golf Clubs. The data from this study were analyzed using SPSS 14.0 and Amos 6.0. in statistical dealing. Upon obtaining above results through the data analysis methods, the following conclusive statements were made. First, the program screen golf clubs had a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction as well as customer reuse-intention. Second, the service qualities in screen golf clubs had a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction as well as customer reuse-intention. intention, screen golf clubs Third, the customer satisfaction in screen golf clubs had a statistically significant effect on customer reuse-intention. It was suggested that various methods regarding the service qualities of screen golf clubs such as service fee, facilities, accommodation, convenient parking lots, as well as an essential condition should be investigated in order to increase the customer satisfaction as well as customer reuse-intention.
