        척수편측절제손상 흰쥐에서 진동과 맥동전자장의 적용이 운동기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of vibration and plsed electromagnatic field application on motor function after spinal cord hemisection of rats. Sprague-Dawley male rats were operated with spinal cord hemisection and randomly devided 3 groups, Control and Experimental groupsⅠ, Ⅱ. Experimental group was applicated one times a day, five days a week and fifteen minutes a session by vibration device and pulse electromagnetic field. In order to observe the effect of vibration and pulse electromagnetic field, this study observed the tilting plane test and beam-walking test. It was measured at each 3, 7, 14, 21 days group. The tilting plane test and beam-walking test was gradually increased each group. In 7, 14, 21 days group, there is significant difference between control and experimental group. The Results of this study suggest that vibration and pused electromagnetic field application decreases the degeneration of rat gastrocnemius , and increases functional recovery that is related with muscle atrophy model lead to spinal cord hemisection. In conclusion, vibration application was contributed to motor function and spinal cord regeneration and could be used for spinal cord injury treatment.
