      • 도시 목조화의 연관산업 파급효과 분석

        본 연구에서는 도시 목조화 사업의 시계열 산업연관효과를 분석하고, 도시 목조화 사업의 일환인 목재도시 모델개발 및 시범사업을 대상으로 생산, 부가가치, 취업 및 고용 등 다양한 유발효과와 경제성 분석 결과를 제공하였다. 목재도시 모델개발 및 시범사업 시행으로 인한 생산활동 증가가 목재산업에 미치는 직접적인 생산유발효과는 78.1억 원에서 131.3억원이며, 부가가치유발효과는 25.7억 원에서 43억 원이 될 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 사업 시행이 건축⋅토목산업 관련 산업에 미치는 직접적인 생산유발효과는 약 460억 원이며, 부가가치유발효과는 약 190억 원으로 추정되었다. 목재도시 모델개발 및 시범사업의 비용과 편익을 목재산업과 건축⋅토목산업에 대해 살펴본 결과, 해당 사업은 경제성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates the effect of urban wood utilization projects utilizing Input-Output analysis. The various induced effects such as production, added value, hiring, and employment are provided and the economic feasibility analysis of the urban wood utilization project is presented. The production-induced effect of the increase in production activity resulting from the implementation of the project on the timber industry is ranged from KRW 7.81 billion to KRW 13.13 billion. Moreover, the value-added induced effect is analyzed to be ranged from KRW 2.57 billion to KRW 4.3 billion. The production-induced effect of the increase in production activity resulting from the implementation of the project on the construction and civil engineering industry is estimated to be about KRW 46 billion, and the value-added induced effect is estimated to be about KRW 19 billion. As a result of examining the costs and benefits of the urban wood utilization project for the timber industry and the construction and civil engineering industries, the project is found to have economic feasibility.

        계층분석법(AHP)을 이용한 GAP 인증기준 개선 방향 수립 연구

        As the number of agricultural products produced or imported increases, the issue regarding the quality of the safety of agricultural products arises. The government is implementing various certification systems to ensure safety in the production process in order to increase the reliability of consumers' food safety. Unlike other certification systems that focus on the safety issue in the production side, the GAP certification system manages the agricultural environment and hazards at all stages from the production of agricultural products to the distribution process. Despite the necessity and importance of the system, the GAP certification system is experiencing difficulties in terms of activation. This study examines the ways to establish a direction for improving GAP certification standards using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). As a result of the analysis, the promotion of consumption of GAP agricultural products is recognized as the most important improvement direction, and the detailed strategies with high priority are strengthening the safety management at the production stage and strengthening the safety management of the harvest. Therefore, when improving GAP certification standards, it is necessary to focus on strengthening production-level safety management in consideration of the consumption promotion aspect of consumers in the short term. However, in the medium and long term, the pursuit of GAP internationalization should also be considered. The results of this analysis are expected to be used as preliminary data to establish a plan to activate the GAP certification system.

        지니계수 분해를 이용한 공적 보조금이 임가소득불평등에 미치는 영향 분석

        In this study, the Gini coefficient is estimated and decomposed within as well as between the forest industries according to income components. Analytical results indicate that the average Gini coefficient for the entire sample from 2009 to 2018 is 0.478 which can be interpreted that a high level of inequality in the forestry household income exists. Forestry investment subsidies are proven to play a vital role in alleviating income inequality for forestry households. This study suggests that government needs to increase the public forestry subsidies in order to mitigate the high level of income inequality.
