A new dimension measuring method for the measurement of diameter has been developed using laser triangulation. The 3-D data of an object was calculated from the 2 dimensional image information obtained by the laser stripe using the laser triangulation. The system can measure the diameter of hole not only in a normal plane but also in an incline plane. In this paper, the theoretical formula and calibration were described. The measuring precision of the system was verified by experiment.<br/> <br/>
디지털 2중 파장 Moire를 이용한 타이어 형상 측정에 관한 연구

Moire topography method is a well-known non-contacting 3-D measurement method. Recently, the automatic 3-D measurement by moire topography has been required since the method was frequently applied to the engineering and medical fields. 3-D measurement using digital projection moire topography is very attractive because of its high measuring speed and high sensitivity. In this paper, using two-wavelength method of digital moire tested to measuring object with the 2π-ambiguity problem. Experimental results prove that the proposed scheme is capable of finding absolute fringe orders, so that the 2π-ambiguity problem can be effectively overcome so as to treat large step discontinuities in measured objects.<br/> <br/>
Time Average ESPI 와 Euler-Bernoulli 방정식에 의한 탄성계수 측정

The paper proposes a new sonic resonance test for a elastic modulus measurement which is based on time-average electronic speckle pattern interferometry(TA-ESPI) and Euler-Bernoulli equation. Previous measurement technique of elastic constant has the limitation of application for thin film or polymer material because contact to specimen affects the result. TA-ESPI has been developed as a non-contact optical measurement technique which can visualize resonance vibration mode shapes with whole-field. The maximum vibration amplitude at each vibration mode shape is a clue to find the resonance frequencies. The dynamic elastic constant of test material can be easily estimated from EulerBernoulli equation using the measured resonance frequencies. The proposed technique is able to give high accurate elastic modulus of materials through a simple experiment set up and analysis.
