N/A computer-Integrated Manufacturing(CIM) systems are a class of automated that can be used to improve productivity in assembly line system. Also, CIM provides the higher flexibility of production, information, and system dimension. Therefore, this paper describes the CIM architecture considering computer-aided process planning(CAPP) system, programmable logic controller(PLC> for on-line control, bar-code system for point of sales(F0S) management, and automated storage/retrieval system(AS/RS) in manufacturing systems. Especially, an ideal one to perform a most a most CAPP system efficiently in the CA4 system depends on how it can do well a load allocation in planning of process and combines well each sub-system systematically.

It changes from the next product production and there is to a countermeasure of percentage enterprise and it approaches the PL which leads the objection where is also the preservation with the place where it establishes the PL countermeasure of advance prevention dimension it presents a direction and the plan which are appropriate. The research which it sees the product liability with plant maintenance has a what kind of relationship, there probably is a maintenance what kind of the plan process of plant from the product liability to examine, will reach and the confrontation plan which leads researches it isn`t against.

N/A The total life lie cycle cost divided into m y elements such as initial cost(purchasing, R&D and manufacturing cost), management cost, operational cost, maintenance cost, logistics cost, selling cost, disposal cost. Disposal cost covers functions to be accomplished involving transportation and handling, disassembly, decomposition, processing, and so on. Therefore disposal cost is identified through a functional analysis in the same level of detail as with any other stage in the life cycle. This paper describes the efficient cost allocation index and its application for collecting disposed home appliances-refrigerator, TV, &-conditioner and washing machine. This paper will be effectively utilized for allocating the disposal cost for each municipal government and at the same time, for measurement of life cycle cost for industry concerned.
