        제주지역 골프연습장의 관계혜택,고객만족,관계지속의도 간인과관계에 관한 연구

        In golf training facilities, forming sustainable and organic relationship with customers is essential. Thus switching from the system of just providing services to customers to relationship marketing is necessary. Relationship marketing builds steady relationships between golf practice facilities and customers, employees and customers, and customers themselves. In this study, based upon the importance of relational benefit, the impact relationship between relational benefit, customer satisfaction and relation continuance intention was examined. The study surveyed customers using golf practice facilities in Jeju City from March 7, 2011 until 27 March 2011. For empirical test, Analysis SPSS and AMOS were used. Among relational benefits, the variable social benefits had a negative(-) impact on customers` satisfaction, while psychological benefits and special treatment benefits had a positive(+) impact on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction appeared to have a positive(+) effect on continuance intention. The study showed different results depending on the gender and there was also a significant difference between the impact of social benefits and special treatment benefits on customer satisfaction.

        제주세계자연유산 방문객의 추진요인 및 유인요인의 관계구조에 관한 연구 -거문오름 트레킹 방문객을 대상으로-

        This study was conducted to figure out the relationship between push and pull factors that determines the demand of heritage tourism. It also examines the structural relation between push pull factors in a group, in order to verify the generalization possibility on relation frame. 29 push factors and 12 pull factors were selected and categorized. As for the main analysis, 5 different push factors(nature-desire, deviation/recreation, education, achievement, position/friendship factors) and 3 pull factors (natural resources` attractiveness, kindness/guide, accessibility/information) were used. Firstly, the relationship among the selected 5 push and 3 pull factors was analyzed through the Canonical Correlation Analysis. This study then covered the relation between the pull factor, natural resources attractiveness and push factors, education, achievement and deviation/recreation. Secondly, this study showed that the relation between push and pull factors could be generalized since the experiment on coefficient of residence, sex group and the outcome of whole group based on canonical cross-loading(main measure of Canonical Correlation Analysis) showed similar results.

        관광서비스 종사원의 정서노동, 직무스트레스, 이직의도간의 구조적 관계 연구

        본 연구는 캐디들의 정서노동, 직무스트레스, 이직의도와의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 선행연구 고찰과 실 증분석을 병행하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 정서노동은 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정 서노동의 하위요인인 정서표현 빈도는 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 정서표현 주의정도, 정서부조화 는 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무스트레스는 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있 는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정서노동이 클수록 직무스트레스와 이직의도가 높다는 결과는 캐디들은 직무 상황에 맞게 자신을 표현해 내는 능력이 절실히 요구된다는 것을 시사한다. 또한 캐디들이 직무스트레스가 클수록 그들이 지각하 는 이직의도가 높다는 결과는 직무스트레스의 강도를 약화시키는 리더십 발휘와 자긍심 고취 및 적절한 동기부여 방 법이 요구되어진다. 이를 통해서 직무스트레스의 저감뿐만 아니라 이직의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단 된다. This study reviewed the previous research materials and made a positive investigation to identify the structural interrelation of caddies' emotional labor, job stress and turnover intention. Some analytical findings are as follows: First, the job stress increases in proportion as the emotional labor. Second, the turnover intention is not in proportion as the frequency of emotional display or the subordinate element of the emotional labor but the degree of the emotional expression and dissonance. Third, the turnover intention is in proportion as the job stress. In other words, the higher the emotional labor, the more the job stress and turnover intention. Consequently, the caddies should be highly qualified to express themselves according to their job conditions. Also, the stronger the caddies' job stress, the more their turnover intention. It is necessary to use the leadership to relieve the job stress and motivate the caddies to have the pride. My solution will have a positive effect on lessening the job stress and turnover intention.
