문제중심학습 기반의 통합시뮬레이션 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 자기결정성 학습동기, 학업적 효능감, 자기조절학습에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 문제중심학습(PBL) 기반의 통합시뮬레이션 실습교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고, 간호대학생의 자기결정성 학습동기, 학업적 효능감, 자기조절학습에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 단일군 전후설계 유사 실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 D 광역시에 소재한 대학 간호학과 3학년 학생 중 시뮬레이션을 활용한 통합시뮬레이 션실습 교과목을 수강하고, 본 연구에 참여할 것을 동의한 156명으로 2015년 9월에서 2015년 12월 까지 통합시뮬레이션 실습 교과목을 수강하고 자기결정성 학습동기, 학업적 효능감, 자기조절학습 정도를 프로그램 적용 전후로 자기보고식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 Program을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 관련변수 간의 관계는 Pearson s correlation analysis로, 실습교육 프로그램 실시 전·후 자기결정성 학습동기, 학업적 효능감, 자기조절학습의 비교는 Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 문제중심수업을 연계한 통합시뮬레이션 실습교육 전·후 자기결정성 학습동기(t=-2.05, p=0.042), 학업적 효능감(t=-7.80, p<.001), 자기조절학습(t=-3.64, p<.001)은 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 문제중심 학습(PBL)에 기반한 통합시뮬레이션 실습교육 활성화를 위한 다양한 수업전략과 교과목 별 다양한 문제중심학습 기반의 시뮬레이션 모듈개발이 필요하다. This study was to investigate the effect of simulation-problem education on self-determined motivation, academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning in nursing students. The participants were 156 male and female students attending 3rd year students of university located in D city. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires including self-determination learning motivation scale, academic efficacy scale and self-regulated learning scale. For data analysis, SPSS WIN 23.0 program was utilized including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficients and paired t-test. This study showed a significant difference between self-determination learning motivation(t=-2.05, p=0.042), academic efficacy(t=-7.80, p<.001) and self-regulated learning(t=-3.64, p<.001) before and after simulation-problem based learning education. Also it showed a positive correlation between self-determination learning motivation and academic efficacy(r=.550, p<.001), self-regulated learning(r=.536, p<.001). There was positive correlation between academic efficacy and self-regulated learning(r=.603, p<.001). Therefore, in order to improve the self-determined motivation, academic self-efficacy and self-regulated learning of nursing students, it is necessary to develop various problem-oriented scenarios and various learning evaluation methods.
