본 연구는 65세 이상의 노인 연령집단을 전기노인과 후기노인으로 구분하여 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 미치는 요인과 그 영향 요인의 수준 파악, 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하려는 목적이 있다. 한국보건사회연구원에서 실시한 2017년도 노인실태조사의 2차 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 건강상태, 경제수준, 사회참여, 우울, 삶의 만족도에서 전기노인과 후기노인집단 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태, 사회참여, 삶의 만족도는 전기노인이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으나 우울은 후기노인이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인들의 삶의 만족도에 대한 좀 더 다양한 실증적 자료나 비교 연구를 통해서 관련된 논의를 활성화시키고 본 연구에서의 결론이 작으나마 노인의 삶의 만족도를 충족시키는데 초석이 되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting life satisfaction and the level of the factors affecting life satisfaction by dividing the age group of the elderly 65 years and over into the former and the latter, and to determine the effect on life satisfaction. Secondary data from the 2017 Senior Survey conducted by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs was used for the analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the former and late elderly groups in health status, economic level, social participation, depression, and life satisfaction. Health status, social participation, and life satisfaction were higher in the former elderly, but the depression was higher in the latter. Therefore, it is expected that the related discussion will be stimulated through more various empirical data or comparative studies on the life satisfaction of the elderly, and that the conclusion of this study will be a cornerstone for satisfying the life satisfaction of the elderly, although small.

본 연구는 장애인표준사업장에서 근무하는 발달장애 근로자가 직업에서 성공하고 안정적으로 직업을 유지하기 위한 관련 요인들을 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 먼저, 발달장애 근로자의 기초능력은 사회적-대인관계 기술, 직업성공에 유의한 정(+)적 영향이, 매개변수인 장애인에 대한 태도와 사회적-대인관계 기술은 종속변수인 발달장애 근로자의 직업성공에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 발달장애 근로자의 직업성공에 대한 실증적 근거와 개입전략을 제시하였으며, 발달장애 근로자의 직업성공을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발과 서비스에 대해 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relevant factors for the developmentally disabled workers working in standard workplaces for the disabled to be successful in their job and to maintain a stable job. As a result of the study, first, the basic ability of workers with developmental disabilities had a significant positive effect on social-interpersonal relationship skills and job success, and the parameters of attitude toward people with disabilities and social-interpersonal relationship skills were the dependent variables, developmental disability. It was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the job success of workers. The results of this study presented empirical evidence and intervention strategies for the vocational success of workers with developmental disabilities, and are expected to provide useful information on the development of educational programs and services for the vocational success of workers with developmental disabilities.

본 연구는 정신건강사회복지사의 직무현장에서 경험하는 스트레스와 소진을 구체적으로 탐색하고 직무를 수행하게 하는 힘을 살핌으로써, 좀 더 나은 환경에서 역할을 충실히 할 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위한 실증적 기초자료를 확보함에 있다. 연구참여자는 2년 이상 정신건강서비스 제공 경험이 있는 정신건강사회복지사로서 총 7명이었다. 분석결과, 총 185문장, 일반화된 문장 64개, 소주제 20개, 8개의 주제로 범주화 하였으며, ‘파도를 견디는 부표처럼’, ‘쉽게 타오르지 않는 희나리’, ‘누군가에게 무엇이 되어’의 3가지를 연구의 본질적 주제로 도출하였다. 연구결과, 정신건강사회복지사 스스로의 권익을 찾지 못하고 있으며, 본인 스스로도 불안정한 고용환경에서 서비스를 제공하고 유지하기 위해 고군분투를 하면서 제공하려는 정책과 서비스가 제대로 구비되어 있지 않아 충분히 해줄 수 없는 한계를 지니며 자신이 가지고 있는 지식과 가치를 실현하기 위해 정신질환자를 위한 목소리를 내고 있었다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 정신건강사회복지사의 직무향상에 도움이 되기를 기대한다. This study is an empirical basic data to lay the foundation for fulfilling a role in a better environment by specifically exploring the stress and exhaustion experienced by mental health social workers at the job site and examining the power to perform their duties. In securing. The study participants were mental health social workers with more than 2 years experience in providing mental health services, totaling 7 people. As a result of the analysis, a total of 185 sentences, 64 generalized sentences, 20 sub-themes, and 8 themes were categorized. It was derived as an essential topic of the study. As a result of the study, mental health social workers have not been able to find their own rights and interests, and they themselves struggle to provide and maintain services in an unstable employment environment, and they have limitations that cannot be sufficiently provided because the policies and services they intend to provide are not properly equipped. He was speaking out for the mentally ill in order to realize his knowledge and values. It is hoped that these studies will help mental health social workers improve their jobs.
