기업은 유비쿼터스의 핵심 기술이라 할 수 있는 비접촉 인식시스템인 RFID에 많은 관심과 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 기존의 바코드 시스템에 비해 RFID가 갖는 압도적인 이점으로 인해 RFID 기술의 활용분야 중 물류부문에 미치는 파급효과는 매우 클 것으로 기대되고 있었으나, 여러 전문가들의 기대와는 달리 RFID 시스템의 적용은 더딘 속도로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 RFID 시스템에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보았으며, 이를 바탕으로 국내 물류부문에 RFID 시스템의 도입요인과 효과요인을 추출하여 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 국내 물류부문에 RFID 시스템을 도입한 업체 및 기관에 설문조사를 하여 이를 바탕으로 도입요인이 도입효과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. Nations and companies have a significant interest and investment about the wireless system that is called RFID as it can be seen as the core technology of ubiquitous. Nonetheless, while the expectation for the application of RFID in the logistics sector was tremendous due to the overwhelming advantages that the technology possess compared to the existing bar code system, the actual speed of RFID adoption has been slower than what most experts have anticipated. In such respect, this paper will examine the theoretical background, applicable areas, progress and adoption cases of RFID. Also, it will investigate the existing researches on the factors contributing to the introduction of a new IS and provide factor-analysis by deriving the factors contributing to such introductions and effects of the RFID system application in the domestic distribution sector. Additionally, this paper attempted to prove what impact the these introduction factor have on the post-introduction effects by conducting surveys on domestic firms and institutions that adopted the RFID systems in the distribution sector.

정보기술의 급속한 성장은 새로운 비즈니스 환경의 영역을 확장시켰다. 특히 RFID는 항만 물류의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 기술로 주목을 받고 있으며 이 기술에 대한 최근의 급속한 확산은 기존 인식매체의 한계를 극복하고 기업 및 산업전반에 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예측된다. RFID를 활용한 시스템 개발은 향후 지능형 항만을 향한 항만 물류 관리의 주요소로 활용될 것으로 기대되며 이러한 이유로 본 논문은 기존 문헌조사를 통한 항만물류산업에 RFID 기술의 활용에 대한 고찰을 해보고 그 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 항만물류 분야의 RFID 기술 활용에 성공적인 패턴을 제시함으로써 RFID의 이용을 활성화하는데 기여하는 것이다. The rapid growth of the information technology provides a wide range of corporate to cope with new business environment. Especially, RFID technology is considered as a promising solution to increase efficiency of port logistics and recently the spread which that technology is overcomes the limit of existing recognition technology. It is forecast with the fact that it will bring a new renovation at the business and the industrial all over. The developed system using RFID will be expected to use in main part of the port logistic management system aimed to the intelligent port, we propose an consideration of solution of inflection of RFID in Port in logistics that we select ranking with Existing literature investigation. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of RFID by presenting the successive pattern to the RFID technology introduction of Port Logistics will be in the future.

컴퓨터․전자통신기술의 급속한 발전은 새로운 유형의 전자상거래의 확장을 초래하였다. 사이버공간에서의 거래는 오프라인 거래와 마찬가지로 많은 문제와 분쟁을 유발시킨다. ADR의 경우 스피드, 비용, 공개네트워크 시스템의 특성을 가진 온라인 거래에는 적합하지 않는다. 급격한 변화로 말미암아 오프라인에 중심을 두고 발전되어온 기존의 소송만으로 복잡 다양해진 온라인상의 분쟁을 해결하기에는 다소 어려운 것이 현실이다. 또한 기존의 소송방식에 의해 온라인상의 분쟁을 해결하려 할 경우, 전자거래를 통해 얻고자 했던 경제성과 신속성이 오히려 더 큰 손해와 시간상의 낭비를 초래할 수도 있다. 따라서 전자거래를 통한 경제성과 신속성을 확보한 상태로 분쟁을 해결할 수 있는 절차의 필요성이 생겨나게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래에서 발생하는 다양한 분쟁을 해결하는 온라인 ADR의 실제 운영상태 및 문제점에 대해 고찰한다. Rapid development of computer and telecommunication technology brought out the expansion of electronic commerce which is the new type of business transaction. Offline transaction can lead to problems and disputes the same is for cyberspace transactions. However ADR is not meet for the online transaction for speed, cost and open network system, ADR has some advantages that are convenience, Low-Cost, Legitimate to Online Users and Avoids Jurisdiction Issues and some disadvantages that are loss of the human factor, lack of accessibility, lack of confidentiality and security and difficulty of enforcing arbitral agreements. But these disadvantages will be able to overcome with development of technology and changing a way of thinking.
