시차 펄스 벗김전압전류법을 이용한 Sodium Alginate의 미량분석 연구

본 실험에서는 고분자 상태의 Sodium Alginate를 시차펄스 전압전류법을 이용하여 최적의 분석조전을 조사 연구하였고, 먼저 고분자 상태인 Sodium Alginate를 순환전압전류법과 IR로 환원 작용기를 확인하였다. 수은방울크기 (medium size), 수집시간(60초), 수집 전위 (-0.20V vs Ag/AgCl), 주사속도(100mV/sec), 지지전해질(0.10M $NaClO_4$, pH 6,8)의 선택 둥 최적의 분석조전을 정하였다. 그리고 고분자 상태인 Sodium Alginate와 고분자 상태의 Sodium Alginate를 $100^{\circ}C$ 산조건하에서 가수분해하여 저분자화시켰을 때, 전류봉우리 높이 변화를 비교 분석하였다. 위와 같은 최적조건에서 Sodium Alginate를 정량분석해 본 결과 고분자 상태의 검정곡선은 0.50ppm으로부터 4.0ppm익 범위에서, 저분자일 때는 0.05ppm에서 0.24ppm의 범위에서 선형적이었다. In this study, the optimum analytical condition of Differential pulse Voltammetry for the polymeric Sodium Alginate was studied and its reduction funtional groups were confirmed using Cyclic Vol-tammetry and IR spectroscopy. Optimum conditions were as followed; mercury drop size : medium size, accumulation time : 60sec, accumulation potential : -0.20V vs Ag/AgCl, scan rate : 100mV/sec, supporting electrolyte : 0.10M $NaClO_4$(pH 6.8). After polymeric Sodium Alginate was hydrolized at $100^{\circ}C$ in acidic condition, the current peaks of oligomer were compared with current peak of polymeric Sodium Alginate. In this optimum condition, calibration curve of polymer Sodium Alginate showed good linearity from 0.50ppm to 4.0ppm where as oligomeric Sodium Alginate showed good linearity from 0.05ppm to 0.24ppm.

One of the main objectives of noise control act is to define and ensure application and respect of noise exposure limits. Most advanced countries have prepared a legal framework for noise limits either by national laws, ordinances or municipal by-laws. A large number of advaced countries have adopted the Leq index for the main sources of noise(road, railway, industry). The exception is aircraft noise for which regulatory practice is highly disparate. These differences in the indices adopted, the periods and areas to which regulations apply, definitions of measurement conditions and ways in which noise levels are calculated make it difficult to compare the current advanced countries standards. This study presents the current noise abatement policy of the advanced countries and proposes the improvement of the current noise abatement policy of Korea to catch up with it of the advanced countries.

The railroad noise has been considered as one of environment pollution and complaints about it have been increasing every year. Therefore, the establishment of railroad noise monitoring network is necessary. It will be designed for monitoring railroad noise, storing data of railroad noise continuously and providing the fundamental knowledge for the measures of railroad noise. For this, we investigated the actual condition and status of railroad noise according to distance around Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju, and Busan. This paper shows the basic data that will be used for predicting the noise level near railroad in the environmental impact assessment.
