For dilute alloy in nonequilibrium, We showed that in DMR on the low temperature electrical resistivity, high orders of τ^1 _ph, E, n-(n≥2) obtained by the variation principle are more important than factor (T^2 and T^4) estimated by the coherent scattering approch, through comparing the caculation of the coherent scttering mechanism with that of the variation principle. We concluded that DMR at the low temperature must be determinded by solving the Boltzmann's transport equation with the Variation Principle including Phonon drag and Umklapp process.

Korean economics of today when the first five yea economic develpement plan had resulted in much fruitful success and when the second five-year economic development plan is now in its middle term not only enjoys a sharp growth in quanttty but also slows many varieties in its contents. In an attempt to make the blance of present growing Korean economics expect, bottle-neck which should be reinforced and devloped is the transportation industry field. As the poor and difficult transportation is blamed for rather dull circumstances in ecomonics general and also for unstable production and distribution, its one of causes our Korean economics unfortunately has to face such slow and inactive economical growth. Without any support of transportation industry, our present ecnomical situation is hard to preserve a stable foundation of economical growth. This study, therefore, aims to finding out any possibility by studying variable problems concerning the transportation industry which is the strategical field for the smooth in Korean economics. The transportation has its particularities which its activities cover the land, sea and air. The transportaiton industry therefore, can be studied by classifying as the transportation of the land, sea and sky, which has its respective particularity in providing its service in transporting. Each of them is in relation of comperition but of mutual substitution respectively. The services provided by each of three transportation business has mutual substituting particularities. The transportation structure in our country which has not highly developed and progressed yet has its main axis with the land transportation. More precisely speaking, the rail-road transportation has so far been the its main and important branch country, yet, the transporation by transportation by rail-road has already been over its limits in capacity. The new transportaion field on land for breaking the present hardships in the transport atio industry by modernizing the structure of the transportation and for putting heavier emphasis is very the highway transportation one among the means of the and transportation. As we learn that the main axis of the transportation industry in many developed countries is the highway transportation field, the transportation field necessary for urgent and sharp progress and growth in our country is the highway transportation one. In this study, therefore, a suggestion of means to systemize many conditions expected to bring any progress is presented here by analizing the current situations related to the management conditions of the highway transportation expected to be particularly emhbasiyed among other transportation industries. By mentioning the functions and general particularities of the transportation industry, first of all, general economical conditions in Korean and the importance occupying by all transportation industry are studied. The difficulties and hardship in transportation can be explained as the transportation industry has failed to possess complete capacity to dispose the sharpin creaing demand of the transportation while a continuous increase of transportation demand is surely expected in compliance with the promptly developing growth. A concrete business forecasting in the highway transportation in this range is treated in this study by scrutinizing the demand forecasting in the transportation industry and calulating the forward prospective view of it. By studying the foward prospective view of the highway transportation industry and the possible factors of vivid progress or other stumbling blocks here from synthetically, its problems are recognized through the financial side. The conclusion of this study is made by combining the contents obtained through the financial analysis of the transportation industry with the evaluation to the business forcasting in the future. Even though the transportation industry is expected to enjoy its more prosperity, its business activity is sure to gain more sound and dynamic development as long as it should be grown within the range of the financial balance.
