        The effect of leaf-feeding (Bi-wang, Wuxal, Campsal, Miwon liquid organic fertilizer, Urea) in increasing the quantitative characters of potatoes in before paddy-field was studied. 1. Miwon liquid organic fertilizer increased the number of leaves, plant, height, leaf length, and leaf width. But next ot Biwang, Wuxal, Campsal and Urea. 2. The characters of tuber treated with Biwang had largest tuber size among the treatments. But next to Miwon liquid organic fertilizer, Campsal, Wuxal and Urea. 3. Potatoes treated with Biwang and Miwon liquied organic fertilizer Were in creased yield 76.8%, and the treated plot of Wuxal and Campsal were increased 76% than the checks plot.

      • 大學「캠퍼스」屋外空間의 利用行態 調査硏究 : 東國大學校 서울「캠퍼스」를 中心으로 A Special of Dongguk University Campus in Seoul

        The outdoor space of university campus is different from the other buildings. It is the place where students stay long time and take various activities. Therefore, it has to be made objectively on an educational level, because its main users are students. However, it is our real state of things that we cannot prepare for outdoor space of university campus rationally and sufficiently. Because the preparation of its environment has been made extemporaneously and we have taken measures suited to the increase in quantity of university students. The objective of this study is to analyze the real state of using the outdoor space of university campus and to draw out problems, and then to take the 1st step for the establishment of landscape plan and design. The object place of this case study is the campus of Dongguk University in Seoul. The writers made the behavior map according to the observation of the actual place. And then they investigated using styles of students and analyzed students' way of thinking by posing some questions. As the result of this study, the object place of this case study has narrow outdoor space. And the degree of confusion at outdoor space is increasing, because various activities of students are done at a same time. Also, it is the real state of things that the outdoor resting place is insufficient quantatively and qualitively and shading trees are insufficient, too. Another important point to recognize is that the readjustment of pedestrian way and space is urgent, because the section between vechicle road and walk way is difficult. Therefore, at a more general level, these problems should be reflected in the establishment of the plan and design which will be in progress, so that the comfortable space of campus can be established.

      • 土壤微生物劑處理가 가을무의 收量에 미치는 影響

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of soil microorganisms on yield of radish (Raphanus sativus L.). Six soil microorganisms, MPK+Husk+Palma, Husk+Palma, MPK+Compost, Compost, Bio livestock cattle system (BLCS) cattle dropping, and Tomi, were used. All of soil microorganisms were very effective to increase yields of radish. Especially, MPK+Husk+Palma treated plot was the most effective than any other plots. As a result of analysis of plant chemical components, compost treatment showed higher concentration of Mn than other soil microorganism treatments. In a chemical components of soil, concentrations of P and Mg were increased with Tomi treatment, and Na was increased with BLCS cattle dropping treatment. The other concentrations of plant and soil chemical components were not different, however. In a microbial properties of soil, Tomi, Husk+Palma, and MPK+Husk+Palma treated plots increased in the number of total bacteria and bacilli. Tomi treated plot increased in the number of actinomycetes and Fungi. The other microbial properties of soil were not different. It would be assumed that yield increase of radish might be due to the beneficial microbial properties, therefore, those would increase yields of radish.

      • 微生物 有機質肥料의 施用이 토마토의 收量과 土壤環境에 미치는 影響

        몇가지 土壤微生物劑 處理가 토마토의 收量과 土壤의 化學成分, 그리고 微生物相에 미치는 影響을 調査하였다. 모둔 微生物劑 處理區에서 無處理에 비하여 收量이 增加하는 傾向이 있었고, 특히 MPK+Compost 處理區가 가장 높았다. 土壤의 化學成分에서는 Tomi 處理區에서 K와 Mg의 含量이 높았으나, 다른 處理區에서는 差異가 없었다. 土壤의 微生物相을 調査한 結果, 總細菌數에서는 Tomi 處理區가 가장 높았고 Husk+Palma 및 MPK+Husk+Palma 處理區에서도 높게 나타났다. Bacillus는 MPK+Husk+Palma 處理區가 가장 높았고 Husk=Palma와 Tomi 處理區에서도 몹시 增加되었다. Actionmycetes와 fungi에서도 tomi 處理區가 매우 增加하였으나, 다른 處理區 間에는 差異가 없었고, pseudomonas에서도 却 處理間에 差異가 없었다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on yields of tomato. Six microbial fertilizers, MPK+Husk+Palma, Husk+Palma, MPK+Compost, Compost, Bio livestock cattle system (BLCS) cattle dropping, and Tomi, were used. All of the microbial fertilizers were tend to increase yields of tomato, especially MPK+Compost treatment was most effective.         Experiment were conducted to find out the of osmotic pretreatment on the germinability of pepper seed at 10, 15, 20, 2 and 30℃ 1. Osmotic potential of-10 BAR was most effective ofr germinability among three levels tested potentials and 3 days were more effective than I day in treatment peridods. 2. germination percentage and rate of presoaking seeds were decreased when seeding at 28 and 35℃. 3. seeds of both cultivars were invigorated by presoaking in a-10 BAR solution of polyethylene glycol-6000(273g/liter H₂O) at 15℃. 4. The effect of osmotic pretreatment on pepper seeds was different between two varieties.

      • 參透壓處理가 시금치 種子發芽에 미치는 影響

        Exprement were conducted to find out the effect of osmotic pretreatment on the germinability of spninach seed in high temperature. The results are summarized as follows. 1. All of the osmotic pretreatment were more effective on germinability than control. 2. Treatment temperature of 10℃ was most effective fr germinability among three levels tested temperatures. And showed widest variation in the effect of treatment periods. 3. Osmotic potential of-15BAR was most effective for germinability among three levels tested potentials. And also showed widest variation in effect of treatment periods. 4. The germination speed of all pretreatments were far faster than that of control. 5. The-15BAR treatment of 10℃ for 7 to 9 days was regared to be most effective in promoting the germinability of spinach seed among all pretreatment. However treatment for more than 9 days showed poor germinability.

        In order to find effects of new soil microorganism in increasing the quantitative character of Chinese cabbage and Spinach in the Vinyl House cultivation was carried out and experimental results were as follows. 1. Chinese cabbage 1) In VK81+Dung of fowl plot, the number of leaves, leaf length and leaf width increased, second was in VS34+Dung of fowl and third was in VK81. 2) Yields of chinese cabbage treated with VK81+Dung of fowl was highest by 14.6% than the Dung of fowl, second was in VK81; third was in VS34+Dung of fowl and fourth was in Coran+Dung of fowl. 2. Spinach 1) In VK81+Dung of fowl plot, the number of leaves, leaf length and leaf width increased, second was in VS34+Dung of fowl, third was in VK81 and fourth was ini Dung of fowl. 2) Yields of Spinach treated with VK81+Dung of fowl was highest by 13.9% than the Dung of fowl plot, second was in VK81, third was in VS34+Dung of fowl and fourth was in Dung of fowl.

        The effect of Leaf-Fertilizer (Biwang, Wuxal, Campsal, Miwon liquid organic fertilizer, Urea) in increasing the quantitative characters of Chiness cabbages in Autumn Seeding was studied. 1. Biwang was increased the number of leaves, leaf length, and leaf width, but next to Wuxal, Campsal and Miwon liquid organic fertilizer. 2. Head weight, Head length and Head width treated with Biwang had leargest head size among the treatments, but next to Wuxal and Campsal. 3. Chinese cabbages treated with all leaf-feeding was significant to the check plot. 4. Yields treated with Biwang was 8,366kg per 10^a, but next to Campsal and Wuxal.

      • 除草劑의 種類와 製形別 施用量이 除草效果 및 배추의 收量에 미치는 영향

        This experiment was conducted to find out the effect of meveral herbicides and their formulation quantities on weed control and Chinese cabbage yield in autumn sowing. 1) Lasso 48 emulsion treated plots were 64.6-70.6% of the germination ratio in the direct seeding cultivation. 2) Lasso 48 emulsion, Machete 6G (I.M), and Machete 6G (S.C) treated plots were few with 10% to the death percentage of leafblade. 3) The effect of weed control were not the Calystegia Japonica and Chenopodium Album, but were with 1% highly significant of the Digitaria Adscendens and portulaca oleracea. 4) The effect of weed control per weeds were Lasso 48 emulsion in the Digitaria Adscendens and portulaca oleracea, but next to Machete 6G (S.C) plots in the direct sewing and transplanting cultivation. 5) The highest yields were produced Machete 6G (I.M) 1.5kg/10^a treated plot, but next to Machete 6G(S.C) 1.5kg/10^a and Machete 300EC 300CC/10^a treated plot.
