結核菌體抽出物 Tubercin-3가 癩腫樣型 癩의 血淸蛋白의 電氣泳動像에 미치는 效果

癩腫樣型 癩患者 10例에 帶하여 結核菌體 抽出의 物 tubercin-3(T-3)을 6個月間 投與하여 그 血淸 蛋白의 一致電氣泳動像, 免疫電氣泳動像, 糖蛋白電氣泳動像을 調査하였으며 血淸糖蛋白은 化學的으로 分離하여 그 糖分劃과 蛋白分劃을 各各 定量하였고 血淸 immunoglobulin의 各 分劃 IgG, IgA 및 IgM을 定量하여 T-3 投與前後의 癩腫樣型 癩의 血淸蛋白의 動態를 觀察하였다. 癩患者의 血淸總 蛋白量은 6.9gm%였으며 電氣泳動 分析에서 albumin 49.1%, globulin 50.9%, A/G 比는 0.99로서 對照群에 比하여 低下되었고 6個月間의 T-3 投與後에는 總蛋白量과 A/G 比는 別 變動이 없었다. 癩患者 血淸蛋白의 免疫電氣泳動像은 對照郡에 比하여 制 差異를 나타내지 않았다. 免疫 globulin 各 分劃은 對照群의 IgG 1142.7mg%, IgA 185.2mg%, IgM 99.0mg%에 對하여 癩患者에서는 IgG 1340.0mg%, IgA 236.3mg%, IgM 166.7mg%로서 各 分劃 모두 높았으며 T-3를 6個月間 投與하여도 그 値들을 別變動을 보이지 않았다. 血淸糖蛋白의 電氣泳動 分析에서는 對照群에서 α_2分劃이 42.88%로 가장 높은値를 보이는 데 比하여 癩患者에서는 γ-分劃 40.42%로 가장 높은 値를 보였으며 T-3 投與 6個月後에는 血淸糖蛋白의 泳動像이 對照郡에 가까워졌다. 癩血淸當百의 化學的 分析値는 蛋白質量 203.8mg%, 糖量 21.5mg%로서 各各 對照群에 比하여 높았으며 T-3 投與 6個月 後에 蛋白分劃 143.4mg%, 糖分劃 12.6mg%로 顯著히 下降하였다. This studywas planned to determine the effect of tubercin-3, tuberculoprotein complex, on the serum protein electrophretic pattern in lepromatous leprosy patient. Before and after the tubercin-3 treatment for 5 months the quantitition of the serum total protein, immunoglobuline (IgG, IgA, IgM), serum protein electrophoresis, immuoelectrophoresis, serum glncoprotein electrophoresis and chemical analysis of serum glycoprotein were carried out with the following results. the serum total protein of lepromatous patient was 6.9%, by electrophoretic fractionation albu/min, 49.1%, globulin, 50.9%, and AG ratio 0.99. A/G ratio was lower than normal. The values noted were not change during tubercin-3 treatment. Through immunoelectrophoretic analysis, no specific fraction appeared in lepromatous serum. By immunodifusion analysis, the values of each class of immunoglobulines were respectively as follows: IgG, 1340.4mg%; IgM, IgA, 236.3mg%; 166.7mg%. The higher values of immunoglobulins were continued after tubercin-3 treatment for 5 months. Electrophoretic fractions of lepromatous serum glycoprotein revealed the following: alpha 1, fraction 13.53% ; alpha-2, 33.52% ; beta-, 12.54% ; gamma-, 40.42%, Gamma fraction showed higher in lepromatous serum, while alpha 2-fraction was higher in control. Protein moiety of glycoprotein was 203.8mg%, and sugar moiety was 21.5mg%, these values were higher than control. during tubercin-3 administration, the values were gradually decreased and reached 143.7% in protein moiety and 12.0mg% in sugar moiety after 6 months treatment.

Nontubercolous spinal epidural abscess is a relatively uncommon disease that usually occurs in patients who harbour a focus of chronic infection somewhere outside the spinal epidural abscess, and that demands early diagnosis and operation to prevent paralysis. The etiological, pathological, clinical, therapeutic and prognostic aspects of nontuberculous spinal epidural abscess are studied in the light of experience gathered in definite treatment of 34 consecutive cases on the neurosurgical service of Kyungpook Nation University Hospital between the years 1965 and 1975.
