      • 女性生理에 따른 自覺症狀 및 身體技能의 變化에 관한 調査 : 女大生을 中心으로

        This Paper is an exploration of the subjective symptoms during the mensturation period and the influence of the mensturation on the physical functions to the college female students. The conclusions are as follows: It appsears that languor is the most frequent mental subjective symptom during the mensturation period. And, it also appears that the stomachache is the most frequent physical subjective symptom. There are few abnormalities in the mensturation change by the physical activity. There is no significant differences among pre-mentsturation period, mensturation period, and after-mensturation period in Standing broad jump, throwing, foreward trunk bending, hanging in arm-flexed position, shuttle run, and 800m long distance running. Significant differences are verified among the three periods in 50m dash, sit, up, and backward trunk bending. There appears low record during the mentsturation period with comparing pre-and-post mensturation period.

      • 現代舞踊의 系譜 및 技法에 관한 硏究 : 미국을 中心으로

        The purpose of this study is to review on historical development of Modern Dance and performers in U.S.A. The Summary of results are: 1) The early decades of modern dance was influenced by freedom and naturalism. 2) The pioneers of modern dance were Fraucois Delsarte, Emil Jaques Dalcroze, Loie Fuller, and Insadora Duncan. Especially, Ruth St. Dennis, Ted Shawn, and Rudolf Von Laban establised the indepent dance form. 3) During 1920s and 1940s, American Modern Dance was greatly influenced by Martha Graham Doris Humphrey, and Charles Weidman. Martha Graham's movement was based on Contraction and Release, and Doris Humphrey was based on Fall and Recovery. 4) In the early 1950s, the modern dance performers were, Jose Limon, Merce Cunningham, Paul Taylor, Alwin Nikolais, Alvin Ailey, and Anna Sokolow. And Other leading Dancers were Erick Hawkins, Glen Tetley, Daniel Nagrin, Donald Mckayle, Pauline Koner, Pearl Lang, Katherine Lity, Bertram Ross, Ruth Currier, Stuart Hodes, Lucas Hoving, Helen McGehee, and May O'Dnoell. 5) During the 1960s and 1970s, New experimentalists or Anant-Garde Groups represented the New Dance form.

      • 體育活動에서의 學習理論 適用에 關한 硏究 : 새로운 學習理論을 適用한 體育授業 模型의 開發 A Development of a Model for Teaching in Physical Education

        The main purpose of this study is to develop a model for teaching in physical education appling the New Learning Theory. The theoretical backgrounds of learning and motor learning are reviewed and readjusted to apply it to the motor learning through the library research. A hypothetical model for teaching in physical education is designed by appling new learning theories and considering three major variables which influence on the motor learning: (1) the state of the learner, (2) the nature of the skill, and (3) the methods of instruction. With this basic model, standard and concrete examples of teaching program are given according to the steps of learning process.

        무용수들의 심폐기능 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to obtain information regarding the cardiopulmonary characteristics in ballet dancers, modern dancers and Korean folk dancers. 27 female dancers(average age-18yr. average career-6yr.) who were 9 ballet dancers, 9 modern dancers, and 9 Korean folk dancers. Each subjects performed gradually increment treadmill exercise test to volitional exhaustion(all-out). They were walked with 80m/min, and jogged with 120m/min for 2 minutes, the workload rate was increased 20m/min, every 2 min, the inclination of treadmill was fixed to 3% grade. Statistical analysis of 6 variables related with maximal aerobic power & physiological capacity data were performed utilizing one-way repeated measures ANOVA. The 95% level of confidence was accepted for significance in all statistical comparison. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The means of maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂ max, VO₂ max/wt) were 1.8ℓ/min, 36.0 ml/kg/min in Group I, 1.9ℓ/min, 35.5ml/kg/min in Group II, 1.71ℓ/min, 32.4ml/kg/min in Group III . 2. The means of maximal heart rate were 199 bpm in Group I , 207.1 bpm in Group II, 199.7 bpm in Group III, and the means of metabolic unit (MET) were 10.2 in Group I, 10.1 in Group II, 9.7 in Group III . 3. The means of all-out time were 11.3 min in Group I , 11.6 min in Group II, 10.0 min, in Group III, and the means of MV were 69.1ℓ/Cnin in Group I, 66.3ℓ/min in Group II, 66.8ℓ/min in Group III. 4. The difference among 3 groups in 6 variable were not statistically significant(p$gt;.05), but, the means of VO₂ max, VO₂ max/wt, MET, all-out time of Korean folk dancers group were lower lower than other groups.

      • 運轉者를 爲한 體操開發 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate closely the fatigue sites of drivers, the subjective symptons of fatigue, and the restrictions of time and space, moreover on the bases of these data, to develop the gymnastics to maximize the effects of fatigue recovery of drivers during driving. Accordingly, to develop the gymnastics for drivers, the authers investigated average driving time per day, actual conditions of the gymnastics execution, needs for the gymnastics execution, and the fatigue sites and the symptions during or after driving. The resume of the study is as fallows; Research revealed that most of drivers used to drive three hours and over per day (83.63%), to feel actually necessity of the gymnastics during driving (91.37%). Neverthless, research revealed that a half and over of drivers used not to carry out the gymnastics during driving (62.17%), because drivers has no the practical gymnastics (58.46%) and were pressed for time (41.50%). While the fatigue sites of drivers during and after driving were disclosed similarly in sequence of eye, waist, neck, leg, and knee. Even there is a great difference among drivers, research revealed that drivers used to feel fatigue for the most parts of body. For these reasons, the gymnastics development for drivers was aimed to fully simulate the fatigue sites in order to animate the blood circulation of the muscles, to activate the neurotransmitters of the central nervous system.

        운동기술(運動技術)의 발달(發達)을 위한 효과적(效果的)인 체육학습계획(體育學習計劃)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 여자(女子) 대학생(大學生)의 tennis 수업을 중심(中心)으로 -

        This study was designed to develop evidence which might clarify some of the effects of learning of a motor by college women students.The sutjectives of this study (N=60) were women students who wanted to learn thnnis at some women`s college in Seoul. class size of 20 students were used in this study. Each class were composed equally according to the result of motor fitness test. Motor fitness test using in this study were strength (grip strength) power (sarjent jump) flexibility (trunk flexion) reaction time (bargripping reaction time) endurance (sits-up), agility (burpee test) speed (50m dash)Each class was trained by some leaders in same method as follow;Agroup-One day (2hours a day) a week during 18 weeksBgroup-two day (2 hours a day) a week during 9 weeksCgroup-three day (2hours a day) a week during 6 weeksThe Dyer tennis skill test, Broer miller test and wisconsin wall test were used for measuring tennis skill of students.Based on the conditions of this study, it is fairly obious that the most effective program is training three days(2 hours a day) a week during 6 weeks.It is recommended that other studies similar to this one be under taken other studies similar to projects in which the subjects are equated various levels.

        무용교사의 움직임 목표 인식도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to find out the differences of perceived movement proposes between middle school dance teachers and high school dance teachers and among dance teachers with field experience. The subject were 61 dare teachers(37 school dance teachers, 24 high school dance tears). The research tool used in this study was the $quot;Movement Proposes Recognition Level Questionnaire$quot; (MPRLQ) developed by the investigator. Statistical techniques to analyze the data were a t-test, a oneway ANOVA, and the Scheffe`s test. On the basis of the analyzed data, the conclusions of this study are as follows: First, there were differences in the challenge, clarification, teamwork purpose between middle school and high school dance teachers. Second, there were differences in the catharsis. clarification purpose of the perceived movement purposes among the dance teacher with field experience. Third, expression purpose was highly recognized and competition purpose was the lowest recognized in dance teachers of the middle school. Fourth, circuli-respiratory efficiency and expression purpose was highly recognized, clarification and teamwork purpose was the lowest recognized in dance teachers of the high school.
