AbstractThis paper is proposed for the design of the state observer, which is estimated the roter position from the information of the input voltage and output speed for the permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor.By the designed observer, the rotor position angle as converged to the optimal position angle then is verified by a simulation. It is true that the environment of color have much affected us psychologically. In these days, thoughtless use of color makes us to take the pollution of color. In the architecture, color is as important as space and form. We can research what is the characteristics of modern color in interior environment as what was color which had been used for the architecture historically. There is the principle in color in order to make beauty in color scheme. Consequently this thesis aims to investigate a study on the interior color scheme of modern architecture after studying the theory of color harmony. Thus all of modern moil shall enjoy confortable life in interior.

In magnetic type synchronous motors (MTSM), the suitable characteristic analysis and design are required caused by the Problem of it's specific appratus and capacity are occurred though it is similar to the constant excited synchronous motor. MTSM can be considered as the magnetic type generator when the characteristic analysis & design are performed. No-load capacity is proportional to the magnetic connections and frequency under the conditions of fixed circuits, but it have nothing to do with the method of armature windings. Specially, In design calculating The motor characterisitc of MTSM should be calculated after the electrical no-load capacity selected and in after the no-load capacity should be adopted as the magnetic type generator. It is desirable methods to make a choice of calculated data after examine the propriety which compared the calculated data with the results of practically experimented.
