        Phosphate Solubilization and Gene Expression of Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacterium Burkholderia multivorans WS-FJ9 under Different Levels of Soluble Phosphate

        Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) have the ability to dissolve insoluble phosphate and enhance soil fertility. However, the growth and mineral phosphate solubilization of PSB could be affected by exogenous soluble phosphate and the mechanism has not been fully understood. In the present study, the growth and mineral phosphate-solubilizing characteristics of PSB strain Burkholderia multivorans WS-FJ9 were investigated at six levels of exogenous soluble phosphate (0, 0.5, 1, 5, 10, and 20 mM). The WS-FJ9 strain showed better growth at high levels of soluble phosphate. The phosphate-solubilizing activity of WS-FJ9 was reduced as the soluble phosphate concentration increased, as well as the production of pyruvic acid. Transcriptome profiling of WS-FJ9 at three levels of exogenous soluble phosphate (0, 5, and 20 mM) identified 446 differentially expressed genes, among which 44 genes were continuously up-regulated when soluble phosphate concentration was increased and 81 genes were continuously down-regulated. Some genes related to cell growth were continuously up-regulated, which would account for the better growth of WS-FJ9 at high levels of soluble phosphate. Genes involved in glucose metabolism, including glycerate kinase, 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase, and sugar ABC-type transporter, were continuously down-regulated, which indicates that metabolic channeling of glucose towards the phosphorylative pathway was negatively regulated by soluble phosphate. These findings represent an important first step in understanding the molecular mechanisms of soluble phosphate effects on the growth and mineral phosphate solubilization of PSB.

        UML diagram-driven test scenarios generation based on the temporal graph grammar

        Model-based software architecture verification and test scenarios generation are becoming more and more important in the software industry. Based on the existing temporal graph grammar, this paper proposes a new formalization method of the context-sensitive graph grammar for aiming at UML activity diagrams, which is called the UML Activity Graph Grammar, or UAGG. In the UAGG, there are new definitions and parsing algorithms. The proposed mechanisms are able to not only check the structural correctness of the UML activity diagram but also automatically generate the test scenario according to user constraints. Finally, a case study is discussed to illustrate how the UAGG and its algorithms work.

        Auxiliary Stacked Denoising Autoencoder based Collaborative Filtering Recommendation

        In recent years, deep learning techniques have achieved tremendous successes in natural language processing, speech recognition and image processing. Collaborative filtering(CF) recommendation is one of widely used methods and has significant effects in implementing the new recommendation function, but it also has limitations in dealing with the problem of poor scalability, cold start and data sparsity, etc. Combining the traditional recommendation algorithm with the deep learning model has brought great opportunity for the construction of a new recommender system. In this paper, we propose a novel collaborative recommendation model based on auxiliary stacked denoising autoencoder(ASDAE), the model learns effective the preferences of users from auxiliary information. Firstly, we integrate auxiliary information with rating information. Then, we design a stacked denoising autoencoder based collaborative recommendation model to learn the preferences of users from auxiliary information and rating information. Finally, we conduct comprehensive experiments on three real datasets to compare our proposed model with state-of-the-art methods. Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed model is superior to other recommendation methods.

        A Review of Deep Learning Research

        With the advent of big data, deep learning technology has become an important research direction in the field of machine learning, which has been widely applied in the image processing, natural language processing, speech recognition and online advertising and so on. This paper introduces deep learning techniques from various aspects, including common models of deep learning and their optimization methods, commonly used open source frameworks, existing problems and future research directions. Firstly, we introduce the applications of deep learning; Secondly, we introduce several common models of deep learning and optimization methods; Thirdly, we describe several common frameworks and platforms of deep learning; Finally, we introduce the latest acceleration technology of deep learning and highlight the future work of deep learning.

        Microstructural Evolution and Mechanical Properties of Mg95.5Y3Zn1.5 Alloy Processed by Extrusion and ECAP

        A Mg95.5Y3Zn1.5 alloy processed via a two-step processing route of extrusion plus ECAP has been investigated. It was found that the ECAP processed Mg95.5Y3Zn1.5 alloy contained ultrafine grains and exhibitedexcellent mechanical properties. After ECAP, the average grain size of Mg95.5Y3Zn1.5 alloy was refined toabout 300 nm. The highest strengths, with yield strength of 444.6 MPa and ultimate tensile strength of472.7 MPa, were obtained after 1 pass at 623 K. The SAED patterns indicated that the microstructure afterECAP consisted of both high angle and low angle grain boundaries. The fraction of high-angle boundariesincreased with increasing numbers of ECAP passes. The Mg95.5Y3Zn1.5 alloy contained a high volume fractionof X-Mg12ZnY phase due to high yttrium and zinc addition. And, it accelerated the growth and coalescenceof cracks during tensile testing, resulting in premature fracture and lower elongation of alloy.
