With the advent of the information society, image restoration technology has aroused considerable interest. Guided image filtering is more effective in suppressing noise in homogeneous regions, but its edge-preserving property is poor. As such, the critical part of guided filtering lies in the selection of the guided image. The result of the Expected Patch Log Likelihood (EPLL) method maintains a good structure, but it is easy to produce the ladder effect in homogeneous areas. According to the complementarity of EPLL with guided filtering, we propose a method of coupling EPLL and guided filtering for image de-noising. The EPLL model is adopted to construct the guided image for the guided filtering, which can provide better structural information for the guided filtering. Meanwhile, with the secondary smoothing of guided image filtering in image homogenization areas, we can improve the noise suppression effect in those areas while reducing the ladder effect brought about by the EPLL. The experimental results show that it not only retains the excellent performance of EPLL, but also produces better visual effects and a higher peak signal-to-noise ratio by adopting the proposed method.

To improve the efficiency of polysaccharideextraction, vacuum technology was used to breakdown thecell wall to extract polysaccharides from Lentinus edodesstipe, and the optimal parameters were optimized byresponse surface methodology. Then the antioxidantactivities in vitro of the polysaccharides were evaluated. Results showed that the optimal conditions for polysaccharideextraction were temperature of 62 C, vacuum of0.08 MPa, stirring speed of 1200 r/min, time of 25 min andmaterial/liquid ratio of 1:26 (g/mL). Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharide was 4.28%. The decolorizationrate and deproteinization rate of polysaccharidestreated by kaolin and hydrogen peroxide were higher thanthat of activated carbon. However, there was no significantinfluence on the polysaccharide retention rate, that wasabout 80%. Results also indicated that polysaccharidetreated with activated carbon could obtain higher antioxidantactivity.
An Improved Classification Course Based on Mapreduce

It is an importance step for near-duplication detection to perform file classification in the data mining field, in this paper an improved classification course is proposed which consists of training and test course corresponding to its algorithm respectively. It utilizes the MapReduce computing model created by Google to conduct the classification calculation. Specially, the Sogou news data with various data amounts which simulated the massive data set was used for testing effectiveness and a comparative evaluation on execution time and speedup was accomplished on the experimental circumstance. The results obtained shows that the classification course obviously reduces the execution times greatly and gains the ideal speedup ratio when increasing data amounts, achieves the better performance.

In this study, microcapsules of Lactobacillus plantarum CICC 20022 (L. plantarum CICC 20022) were prepared by extrusion technique using sodium alginate (SA), sodium alginate-sodium caseinate (SA-SC) and sodium alginate-whey protein isolate (SA-WPI) as wall materials, respectively. Results showed that the best encapsulation yield of L. plantarum CICC 20022 was SA-WPI. Morphology and texture analysis showed that the microcapsules prepared by the SA-WPI system presented a more compact internal structure and higher resistance to external pressure. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and low field nuclear magnetic resonance analysis demonstrated that the hydrogen bonding ability and network structure of the SA were improved by the addition of WPI. The survivability of L. plantarum CICC 20022 entrapped with the SA-WPI system was improved during freeze-drying and simulated gastrointestinal digestion. Therefore, the SA-WPI system can potentially be used as the vector of L. plantarum CICC 20022 in food applications.
