Owing to the rapid demand of automatic machines in the agriculture planting zone of south-Asia countries, the construction of mini-hydro-power systems to provide not only the electrical power for operation but also to supply the water amount for irrigation is part of smart agriculture system. This kind of power production system has long distance of pipeline to deliver water and often equipped some sets of hydro-turbines to generate the electrical power from potential of water sources. The successful working of mini-hydropower station depended on precise combination of regulating valves and sleeve valves to control the flow rate and transferred the potential energy to kinetic energy that driving the electrical motor. The purpose of the present research is to design and test a multi-jets sleeve valve under different back-pressure conditions with systematic approach. The linear relationship between the opening ratios of injection holes with the exhaust flow rate was intended to achieve by various holes arrangements in the inner cone.
