세계 각국의 유소년축구 시스템 비교 연구 : - 영국·브라질·일본을 중심으로 -
This study aims to examine structural problems of current Korea youth soccer and to present alternative plans for those. After great result making the semifinals in 2002, current Korea soccer have had unpleasured international records, thereby holding tasks which are to set new structure once more for the 21th century. However, it is difficult status to promote the alternative plans only in professional soccer and Korea's national adult soccer team. In other words, it is thought that it needs to establish structural basis which the youth soccer, root of Korea soccer, can be naturally developed. The focus may be that studies youth training system, facilities and rules of soccer-advanced countries and that introduces the youth training program suit for Korea's status and establishes the soccer-infra in each region. The basis of youth soccer development may be completed when both qualitative and quantitative development are satisfied. For that, it should keep the connection with local professional teams as well as schools centering on soccer clubs of local society with link between elite and living soccer. The youth soccer in soccer advanced countries such as England, Brazil and Japan is already developed so it is considered to need a phase-in development strategy making the base use of their training system and improving previous environment to prepare the basis.
