        The education changes started for growing the main actor of Korean society in the 21st century. We can say that among the changes, the 7th Education Curriculum is the representative deucation change. At the time that the critical pubilic opinion about the curriculum comes to the front, this study has a purpose on finding the way to maintain and manage the quality of a school education degree about the contents, the operations, and the given conditions of the 7th Education Curriculum and the degree of its practise on the real education field. The studying problems for accomplishing this purpose is as follows; First, how much of the teachers' recognition degree is on the 7th Education Curriculum, and does the difference of recognition happen by the difference of their background factors like the education experience, the working place, the number of students per a class, and the numbers of studying on the curriculum? Second, how much of the level of teachers' satisfaction is on the practise on the curriculum, and does the difference of recognition happen by the difference of their background factors? Third, is there any relation between the level of teachers' recognition on the curriculum and the level of their satisfaction about the practise of the curriculum? To solve these studying problems, the study examines the teachers' recognition degree on the curriculum and the satisfaction degree on the practise degree, concentration on the teachers who teach the 7-8 grade students that the curriculum is applied. The result of analyzing the data is as follows; First, this study shows that teachers' recognition degree, their experience is under 11-20 years, is the highest, but their unsatisfaction degree is the highest. Second, the recognition degree of teachers, worked at countryside like Eup, Myeon region is higher than that of teachers who work in a city. And also the unsatisfaction degree of teachers in a countryside is higher than that of teachers in a city. Third, the study shows that the recognition degree of teachers who have about 21-30 students per classm is high, and on teachers' satisfaction degree on the practise of the curriculum, the unsatisfaction degree of teacher who have 31-40 students per class is high. Fourth, the recognition degree of teachers who a number of their study on the curriculum is over 5 times is the highest, and the unsatisfaction degree of teachers who have no experience about the study on the curriculum is the highest. Fifth, the relation between teachers recognition degree on the curriculum and the degree of practising the curriculum is low. The suggestion on the result from this study and the realizing point during the process of the study is as follows; First, the critical public opinion about the 7th Education Curriculum is getting higher. And at the time that the curriculum is turned away even teachers' face, we must present the plan to raise teachers' satisfaction degree on the curriculum. Second, we must figure out and improve the enough actual condition on how much we can practise the curriculum, and how much that the education on how by students' level, the common basic education process, the discretional cativity, and the centering education process on the option is a suitable for our educational circumstance. Third, the ducation process go through the process of development, diffusion, operation, and evaluation. In Korea, the study on the development of education process is the main stream, and the diffusion, the operation, and the evaluation of education process has become important things. But the operation of the education process that is suitable for our educational circumstance is also important study part. To practise the 7th Education Curriculum successfully, the study on the diffusion, the operation, and the evaluation of the education process will be enlarged.
