국내 이주 노동자의 복지 향상 방안 연구 : 조선족 노동자와 외국인 노동자를 중심으로 = (The) Research for welfare improvement of domestic migrant workers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Korean race are great peoples that united with blood relationship and live around the Korean Peninsula and proud being have ancient history and cultures. However, passed by recent times, Korean Peoples are part from place to place by invasion of Western Europe Powers and suffer the loss of their country to Japan and still remains as divided country. There is Choseon Tribe in this rough historical trobles. They can not return to their country blocked by ideology. There are enough time for Choseon Tribe to think about what they are based on divided homeland and long living in other countries. After diplomatic ties between South Korea and China in 1992, they try to find a clue about what they are, but most of them feel some confusion.
Nowaday, Choseon Tribe course diplomatic and social problems between Korea and China. We have to remind about problems of Choseon Tribe to unify Korean Peninsula.
Adminstration and the National Assembly have to repeal toxin clause of overseas Koreans law and have to fair treatment Korean-Chinese migrant workers like other overseas Koreans for many welfare benefit.
It is need to new approach for migrant workers. These people have been worked not only in poor-conditioned small manufacture company but low wages and longtime as not be protected by worker's basic rights. But Korea Administration can not have consider a appropriate protection counterplan.
Considering the inflowed foreigners are accepted as a members of our society, not in economic point but in social culture point, social security system has to prepare that can be protect migrant workers.
