태권도장 서비스품질향상을 위한 소비자 만족도 및 불평행동 분석 = (The) analysis of the client's satisfaction and complain behavior to improve quality of service in Taekwondo club

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 태권도 소비자들의 만족정도와 불평행동의 원인이 무엇인가를 분석하고 이를 해결하여 서비스품질을 향상시킴에 따라 국민의 건강과 행복, 인간완성 측면에서 태권도를 더욱 발전시키고 효율적인 태권도장 운영을 위한 경영의 개선점을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구에 이용된 연구 대상은 총 872명이었으며 설문지는 자기평가 기입법(Self- administration method)으로 응답하도록 한 후 설문지를 회수하였다. 이용된 통계방법은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheffe test, factor analysis, ％를 이용했으며 유의수준은 P＜0.05로 하였다. 신뢰도 검사는 cronbach α를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 도장 다닌 이후 남여의 평균치 차이비교에서 도장바닥에 만족감 변인, 실내환경의 쾌적감 변인, 수련생에게 맞는 눈높이 교육 변인, 국기원의 심사비나 체육복 가격의 적정성 변인, 관장/사범에 대한 신뢰도 변인, 수련시 부모님말씀에 대한 순종변인 등에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.
2. 학부모와 초등학생의 차이비교에서 식수의 준비 변인, 시합출전의 기회 변인, 국기원의 심사비나 체육복가격의 적정성 변인, 관원수에 적절한 사범의 숫자 변인, 수련시 예절의 향상 변인 등에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.
3. ANOVA결과, 그룹들간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 변인은 학력에서 도장바닥에 대한 만족감변인, 다양한 운동프로그램 변인, 국기원의 심사비나 체육복가격의 적정성 변인, 관장/사범의 실력과 지도능력 변인, 부모님말씀에 대한 순종 변인 등 이었다. 주거형태에서는 불편사항의 신속처리 변인, 교육에 대한 준비나 설명 변인, 수련을 하면 좋은 교우관계 변인 등 이었다. 월수입에서는 도장의 거리와 위치 변인, 도복이나 체육복의 품질에 대한 배려 변인 등 이었다. 급수별에서는 도장바닥에 대한 만족감 변인, 시합출전의 기회 변인, 국기원의 심사비나 체육복가격의 적정성 변인, 관원수에 적절한 사범의 숫자 변인, 수련시 부모님말씀에 대한 순종 변인 등 이었다. 연령별에서는 도장바닥에 대한 만족감 변인, 시합출전의 기회 변인, 국기원의 심사비나 체육복가격의 적정성 변인, 관원수에 적절한 사범의 숫자 변인, 수련시 부모님 말씀에 대한 순종 변인 등 이었다.
3. 인자분석의 해석결과
제 1인자는 지도자요인, 제 2인자는 프로그램요인, 제 3인자는 인성교육 요인, 제 4인자는 시설요인, 제 5인자는 인성교육요인, 제 6인자는 시설요인, 제 7인자는 시설요인으로 명명했다.
4. 불평 행동
불평행동의 분석결과는 잠재화 요인(C1~2), 공적행위요인(C3~9), 비호의적 행위요인(C10), 사적요인(C11~12)인 모든 변인에서 항상그렇다라고 대답한 빈도가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다.

The subjects for this study were the total 872 students and the questionnaires used for this study were the Self-administration method. The statistical method used was the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Factor analysis, and percentage rates(％) were also taken into calculation. The significant level was p ＜0.05. The test for the degree of reliability was employed cronbach a. The results of the study are as follows:
1. Since the subjects for this study trained in the gymnasium, they revealed statistically the significant differences in the average scores between male and female students ; there were variables within the students satisfaction with the gymnasium floor, the level of an indoor comfort, the eye-level instruction appropriate for the students' abilities, the degree of reliability towards the students' teacher or a master, and obedience towards their parents during training.
2. In comparing differences between parents and elementary students, these considerations were taken, a) the variables in the preparation of drinking water, b) opportunities for match participation, c) appropriateness for the price of uniform and judgment expenses allotted by Kukkiwon, d) the appropriate number of teachers considering the number of students, e) the improvement of behavior during training all factors statistically revealed significant differences.
3. According to the results of ANOVA, the sequent orders of the variables showed significant differences : a) the satisfaction with gymnasium floor; b) the diversity of training programs; c) the appropriateness for the price of uniform and judgment expenses allotted by Kukkiwon; d) the capacities and teaching mythology of teachers or masters; e) the obedience shown toward parents during training.
In the variables of residential styles, the rapid management of incommodious matter, the preparation and explanation about the training programs, and a good relationship amongst co-trainers were evaluated as the significant differences.
In the variables of a monthly income, the location and distance of gymnasium, the thoughtful consideration about the quality of a uniform showed significant differences.
In the variables of ranks of students, the satisfaction with the gymnasium floor; b) opportunities formatch participation; c) appropriateness for the price of uniform and a judgment expense allotted by Kukkiwon; d) the appropriate number of teachers considering the number of students; e) the obedience towards shown parents during training all revealed significant differences

4. The interpreted results of the factor analysis
Considering the significant factors regarding this study, the first factor is closely and related to the variable of the teacher, the second factor is the training program, and the third factor is personality instruction, while the fourth, fifth and seventh factor is the facility
5. The analysis results of complain are revealed as the result that the number of the frequency answered as "always agree" All factors such as the potential factor (C1-2), the public behavioral factor (C3-9),the unkindly behavioral factor (C10), and the private factor (C11-12) were the most numerous among all answers
